4 வருடங்களுக்கு முன் எனக்கு மஞ்சள் காமாலை வந்தது பிறகு ஒருநாளைக்கு 1 கிலோ வீதம் 15 நாள்களில் 15 கிலோ குறைந்து விட்டேன் .அதற்க்குள் மருந்து மாத்திரைகளால் எடை குறைவது நின்று விட்டது.குழந்தை பிறப்புக்கு பின்னர் 85 kg இருந்தேன்.காமாலைக்கு பிறகு 65 kg இருக்கிறேன் . காமாலையும் சரியாகிவிட்டது.உடல் எடையும் குறைந்து விட்டது.

One of the important factor is to avoid sweet. The sweet generates the insulin and further the insulin stops the fat to burn. Simple tricks like avoid all snacks and only have 3 meals. The more you are hungry more the fats are burning. So try to give max time between two meals and try to take less meal as well as simple meals to break down the food particles

Whatever you eat, insulin will be released in blood, as far as insulin is in blood, fat won't be used as fuel in body. So eat once or twice, and fast as much as you can to reduce fat.

But, feel, you did not explicitly (clearly) explain how exercises actually make the "alpha-receptors" more receptive (I mean through the enzymes or hormones or other pathways, which you did to show how the blockade arises).
