2:25 the pencil ✏️ delivery means that the store is trying to close out an order a customer already picked up or something like that. So they use the cheapest item which is a pencil.

Carpenter pencil is what they put in as correction orders someone made a big mistake and actually sent the pencil they did not read notes at store

I had that a come up couple times. Once it was actually adoor and I couldn't take it. The other it was for a generator. If only I could've been so lucky!
