I think you explained that very well and accurately. People who don’t believe in God are just never going to understand because they don’t want to

This wasn’t God, this was man’s fear making rules when they simply could have come to God and asked what to do. Instead, since it is born out of fear (the devil/ego) it became something to oppress women and make them a second class citizen.

Thank you for covering this-from a woman. I admit, this must have been uncomfortable for you as a man! However, this is an area of contention between my husband and I every single month. He has us wait 7 days - even though that is often not necessary- for The way I see it as the one who goes through it .

Loved your explanation. Especially that last verse, meaning that through Jesus' sacrifice, we are no longer bound to those rituals to try to make us clean because Jesus Himself does and did that. However I do have a question about it all in today's day and age, because the Bible also says faith without works is dead and that we must seek sanctification, right? So should we technically still do those things to try being the best to our ability? Because Jesus also said He didn't come to cancel the law but rather to fulfill it. I even think it's crazy to think I would have to isolate myself when I'm in that time of the month😅 but I'm just trying to be neutral as to what would technically be considered right and or wrong. Really hope you respond !!

No, we should not. Paul said the same for all the law, it is good but it brings death. Similarly to how men are not to be circumsized after having been born again. We are not to follow ceremonial laws and rituals, because everything in the Old Testament was either for Israel, a way to know and understand Gods character or to foreshadow Christ. CHRIST is the living water that makes us clean and we are clean and not bound by any thing other than the love of Christ that will always be with us.

Question do you suppose this still what God wants us to practice?
@Drcrispy199010 ай бұрын
You’re correct about this being bargain bin!! Surprised you didn’t look like a pretzel at the end the amount of twisting you did trying to explain a very clear and simple verse that is consistent with biblical misogyny. Your all powerful god can’t really explain things simply and clearly and needs you to do it for him!!

No this is man’s bs. God is not even of any religion, was around well before man came up with its ego based rules. The feminine was actually celebrated before the devil (man’s ego) took over this Earth. The thing about the ego is that it can twist anything to justify its bs. It is a poor master but a great servant. The Earth being in disharmony, war, famine, poverty etc is all from man’s ego ruling. God coming back is Christ consciousness being the ruler that’s why we are seeing truth reveal itself and these horrible systems fall apart. Babylon is truly falling.

Where was the gymnastics? He explains it perfectly, it’s for His nation to be distinct from others, since it wasn’t a problem for other tribes back then.
