We can confirm it from Id vs Vds also. When in saturation you will take small change in ids large change in vds and when in triode region small change in id gives same change in vds.

13:23 Sir I think you drew the saturation region curve wrong It should be a part of upside down parabola So instead of curving downwards, it should curve upwards if you get what I mean then we can see the transition to triod region more clearly

Bro here (3:15) u said small signal mst be smaller than Vt ( thermal voltage), when we are linearizing bjt we get this condition, but does the same hold true for MOSFET ??
