This overwhelmed me a lot. It's so hard to hear that we make someone leave because our behaviour pushed them away. In this relationship I made mistakes, but so did he. The only difference is that I know that we can grow together and learn from each other, that mistakes can be fixed, if as you say he thinks that I can't make him happy because I made some mistakes why would I want to have him back again ? He doesn't believe in me to grow and change. How can I trust again someone that runs away when things are difficult ? I do miss him, I do want him back, but what's the point if when I make a mistake I'm not trusted ? I watch a lot of your videos, but maybe somewhere I lost faith in the fact that relationships can be saved, that "my" relationship can be saved..

His lost. Time will make him realised..or he has realised already by now he just doesnt have the courage to face me or to say anything to me after ruining everything. His pride and ego is bigger than anything acting like it is all my fault like he did when he left. His parents asked him to leave me bcz im middle class. After coming to my place they found my house too small family too simple..so he left easily after feeding me with words promises. I rejected him the very first time bcz of our difference of status..he pursued me saying that his decision his choice..finally i accepted him. Months went on we decided to marry..end see what he has done. He walked away in just one day and was okay like it was really no big deal. He asked me to stay friend. God help this person..heal him he doesnt know what is good for him. I know what i want. Thank you for getting a lost person out of my way. I am grateful.

I pray that I never give anyone the silent treatment after a breakup It is a cruel hurtful thing to do to another human being. I believe people who do this are immature and selfish. Let’s be honest the clean slate is to perhaps a pass to go be with other people. They had to leave you because they know you will not put up with that rubbish and you are a decent person. Usually they do this to very good people. People who showed them so much love and kindness. I am currently going through this where my bf who wanted the relationship so bad broke up with me at 5am while we were in bed then ghosted me for the past three weeks. I hope by the time he realizes he lost a great person I will have moved on and nothing he says fazes me.

I'm so confused! Me and my ex have broken up, mainly by her, and got back together over 50 times, sometimes a couple of days and at most 5 wks. We get back together and our love and closeness is even closer than before the last breakup, but within a few days she runs for the door again when shes incredibly happy and enjoying us. people who consider others' feelings dramatic are people whose feelings are nonexistent, therefore they feel only guilty about this and try to gaslight whoever cares more than them about the situation, in order to be absolved of what they did to cause that situation, by blaming the other for caring too much - in other words, if they don't reach out, then maybe they shouldn't ever again, because there's no need for either to deal with so much trouble and effort, if things don't work out maybe it's better that way anyway

Ghosting, silence, etc .. COWARDS, if you leave a relationship either ask for space apart or end the relationship so the other person will know what to do instead of being in limbo. It’s like if you are the dumpee being dumped without notice you have to deal with two things at once, work on closing that door and heal at the same time. It’s exhausting and mentally overwhelming. But, once you cross those bridges you realize they weren’t worth your time. Overtime you will be glad those type of people are not in your life.

My ex broke up with me after we had a 10 year relationship and a child together. When she broke up with me, she told me that she only loves me as a person but is not in love with me anymore. For about a month I did the begging and pleading and I was letting her know that I was getting help for some of the issues we had in our relationship. She had trust issues with me even though she had all of my passwords. we also were not great in the communication area and we fought a lot. In 2019 she did bring a guy that she met online (as a friend she stated) and had a "role playing" relationship with him. After breaking up I found out that she had been talking to another guy on this game and was having a "role playing" relationship with him as well. But she started getting feeling for him and he has feelings for her Since March. I am now trying to do NC, but I feel like it too late in both the sense that she has been talking to this guy for so long and the fact that I had begged her for almost a month. I am getting help with a life coach and even with the messed up stuff I do want her back but with the things she has said it just feels like she will never be in my arms again. Any advice?

Coach Adrien I think I messed up. I was seeing a guy for 5 months but he never took me out. I only saw him at his house late night. A month ago I told him I needed more time from him outside the house. After 2 weeks he didn't initiate. So I started the No contact. He text a few times after week or two and then called me wanting to know if I was seeing someone else. I responded to his text and call and told him I was not seeing anyone. Then he went silent again. I felt co fident and stronger so I text him yesterday and he called me. He tries to bring up the past and me "missing" and I respond with " I have been working on me". I try not to talk about the past as you coach on but it's hard when he asks questions. He doesn't open up to me unless I ask and he doesn't initiate anything. How do I know if he really wants something with me or is just playing games stringing me along? He said he wants to grow with me after i asked him. He basically told me he fell back in reaction to me falling back. How do I regain things if he says he wants me in his life but still doesn't initiate spending time with me? Please help

Move on no contact. Change what you did wrong and if she reaches out keep it a simple response. Plus her saying that usually means at this moment. Due to that my ex packed up and left while I was working a 48 hour tour. I came home to an empty house. It was devastating. This is a little difficult when children are in the middle. It’s not fair that a woman gets to keep children and the man has to be a weekend parent. I can see if the man is the one that up and left But in my case it was my wife that got up and left after 20+ years. We both have our faults but I did not see this coming. I love that woman with every ounce of love that I have inside of me, she’s gone and that hurts so bad but being stripped and robbed of being able to walk my children to school or kiss them good night or wrestle with my six-year-old son every day is 10 times more painful added to it. Nobody talks about this shit, all these videos and stuff seem to be about boyfriend girlfriend couples or married couples with no kids. I don’t know man this is a pain that I wish upon no one.

Go to NO contact and if he ever reaches out and asks you why you're ignoring him, say you refuse to be just friends and leave it at that, go back to NO contact . See how he reacts. Only talk to him if he's serious about being together again but let him work for it
