Why is my iPad dimming?

This annoying dimming problem is not addressed in any of the videos I have watched. If your iPad seems to slightly dim and forces you to touch it to brighten back up, this might help.

That was my problem. Hopefully this resolved it. I didnt have the problem with last gen iPad Pro, but for some reason I did with this one.
