I don't think 3 debates are needed. 1st and 2nd debate can be combined into an overall debate on evolutionary biology. 3rd debate is gonna be extra, as the debate on whether Intelligent Design is true or not will feel repetitive as the same arguments and counter-arguments will be shared over and over again. Intelligent Design doesn't have any predictive power or falsifiability so inevitably, Subboor will have to attack evolution and Dave will have to defend his viewpoint, but then what's the point, you already did this in the previous debate/s.
