I really wish there was a report feature specifically for rage quitting. 9/10 it happens is because one or two people just love to eat dirt for the first 5mins of the game before anyone really gets a full item. They just get more and more pissed cuz they just wont stop gas pedaling at the 2-3 level lead enemy. Smite's end game really hasnt changed on the fact if you just play hard defense till everyone is full build then one fight will decide the game. People have too much of an ego in this game when they are hot trash and its really bad.

It's just bad sportsmanship period. People forget you can lose a game and still have fun. I had a joust game last like 40 minutes because both teams would constantly go back and forth in teamfights, we'd win one then they'd win one, which showed that the match was good and balanced skill wise. it was THE best game of smite I had enjoyment wise because curbstomps (while funny), aren't satisfying like overcoming a genuinely challenging team. We lost, I said good game to everyone, enemy team was chill as hell... and then my dipshit ADC comes in all "no, we lost, it wasn't good or fun you all suck". Like I get losses can be disappointing, but motherfucker IT IS A GAME! As long as everyone is genuinely trying, I don't care anymore. I'm tired of getting tilted and hyper competitive over something that should just be simple fun.

Nah get aggressive. Game is not fun when people just farm and never fight. Most smite players are skittish and soft and they just drag on.

This Janus reminded me of an Athena who split every speed buff/back camps with me when I was jungler and then asked why I'm lower level than the enemy jungler.

When I asked him if he could split wave farm (which is worth more) instead of splitting my only source of farm, he kept saying 0.6 + 0.6 > 1. Splitting = more farm, and wouldn't listen to anything I said. I think a large portion of the smite player base doesn't understand level advantage. That's why you get people wkey fighting while behind, levels 2, 3, 5 being the most important because each of those levels gives you a 'button advantage/disadvantage' based on who hits the level first.

​@@akashronanki8138I mean if he wasn't also being selfish with wave and probably taking green off cooldown .6 +.6 is more than 1and it gets you to lane or ur next camp faster (like grouping speen and red buff for the mid/jungler) (or purple and chest camp as supp/carry) but you gatta be careful when splitting

Will recipes be added to the God builds on Smite Source any time soon? I'm just coming back to Smite after 2 years and there's so many new mechanics to learn. I'm overwhelmed lol but this new free recipe item is confusing me. Are recipes even necessary? If so, what's the best recipe for Merlin, Chang'e, and Yemoja??? Smite Source doesn't have the options up yet.

Also if you are jungling and you notice you have farm up on the other side of the map tell your adc to grab it if you think it could be invaded or to help them not to sit in lane waiting to be ganked. Me and my buddy are constantly mid maxing farm by making sure if it’s up one of us is grabbing it. Great vid Weak3n and thanks for the content! Hope everyone is having a good day!

They should be acting like a jungler. go around the map and split farm with different people to not leach from only the mid. walk around set up ganks and invades

warrior axe gives protections, which ups your damage more then the arrow... and axe of animosity gives you way more with the health build you go with him in solo... so gilded isn't the way to go imo

Best answer yet. Too many people pick the wrong God for their role and then feed and are just not good at the game overall then refuse to quit when you hit surrender at 10. I also only play joust so there's that. Conquest is just too much

Rage quitting is so common because the crybabies don't get punished for it. There is no deterrent because HiRez can't risk alienating the "casuals" (If you rage quit, you're a casual, or at least have a casual mindset) that propagate the game.

Me and my partner we use supp and carry. We get our buffs fast as we can and then go straight to the enemy purple buff. We usually kill them both within less than a minute of the match works almost Everytime as we catch them off guard and steal the purple buff lol you should try it

I actually sometimes hate smite, currently in my biggest losing streak in ranked in a while. One game I went 17/4 on hachi, whole team was ahead and we lost because I defended red buff from being invaded and took it 25min in. Mid went afk in the fountain because of that and we lost. The best part is my account got suspended after that game because I called him the r word, I was so frustrated man I couldn't help myself. Every other game something like that happens. Elo hell is real.

I just leave games if my team isn't listening, they're running away from fights when we're winning, they don't group up, and the team just isn't meshing. I just leave because it's not fun anymore. No point in wasting more time.

Mobas aren't for you, go play a shooter if you're going to waste everyone's time in the lobby because the game isn't going your way. my theory is the terrible smite matchmaking no matter how bad they are eventually they get into a match and they pop off when they shouldn't. which feeds their ego. then the next 5 matches they play shit and blame teammates instead of trying to get better. so they go for a surrender and just go next. till they get another match where they dominate and feed their ego. and this just repeats.

Rage quits and babies killed smite and the same rage kids are killing online gaming. It’s a shame, the indie and modding has inherited the original gaming spirit imo. I spend most my time there now. Weakn is basically my last smite influence, tried to watch SPL this year and it’s the first year I haven’t been able to watch it it’s boring af and the scene is washed.

Ngl rage quitting and surrendering is lame. They should update their AI and have the god just be controlled via that. Lots of games have this mechanic and it would allow players to continue playing in a game. I’ve had people rage quit just because they do poorly. We could be winning 15-6 and they’ll rage quit because those 6 deaths are them. Now we’re down a person and team fights got harder.
