Why is Rolex Suing a Toy Company? Does Rolex have a point?

Rolex has demanded that children's toy manufacturer "Oyster & Pop" rebrand after Oyster & Pop launched a children's clock. However, anyone familiar with Rolex will know that Rolex has used the term "oyster" in the context of chronology for years. And, for Rolex, "oyster" would carry similar weight to what "apple" does for Apple computers. Thus, perhaps Rolex has a point after all.
