Strolls throttle application is a major reason he is failing if you watch Fernando it is almost seamless but for stroll it’s so blunt and treacherous we saw at Singapore coming out of the penultimate corner before his crash he had a massive slide because of it

Instead I’ve slowed down the video to 0.25’sec what allowed me to finally notice what I was after, but was you can guess I’ve also had to mute the video. Stroll's main problem are his inputs from mid corner onward, totally out of touch with what the car is doing, which is quite frankly surprising given he worked with Rob Wilson. Hope he gets dropped at the end of the season if he continues like this, 7 years of F1 for him is too much.

His pole in Turkey is literally his only moment of true brilliant in his F1 career. Podium in Baku (which eh did only once, not multiple times) was due to pure luck, was behind his teammate before he had a mechanical failure.

0:40 This is half a seconds difference in 1 corner - this is the difference between short corner "v-ing the corners" vs long corner "u-ing" the corners. They will both be trail braking I'm sure but it's clear 1 driver is concerned about getting the most of all 4 tyres by by slowing the car and turning, not so much about carrying speed where as Lance is throwing it into the corner.

Im interested to see Vettel vs Stroll in 2021 Qatar Quali. Vettel beat Stroll by like 0.3s. Would like to know if it was due to Stroll being better that year or Alonso being better than Vettel
@kakmaster69458 ай бұрын
I think Alonso has always been better than Vettel but he wouldn't realistically be one second faster a lap, I think its more down to Stroll being much more demotivated than when he was with Vettel but in a way that is still Alonso's doing as beating Stroll by such huge margins has facilitated him beating him by even larger margins.
