The animators never really got the time to animating it. The heads of 8bit there and Bandai Namco the owner of 8Bit themself only cared about the profit, you maybe don't believe it but there's still gonna be some people buyin their shi. Just for your information 8Bit from the end of s1 of BL and the start of S2 BL which is about 1 year and 6 months times gap, AND IN THAT 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS. THEY GOT 9 ANIMATIONS PROJECT INCLUDING BLUE LOCK S2 WHEN THE NORMAL TIME OF PRODUCING AN ANIME IS 2 YEARS. LIKE THAT'S CRAZY, AND OF COURSE THE PRODUCTION GONNA COLLAPSE. And animators can't do anything about it cus with a schedule like that they just there for the money and the job. Im a %100 sure they want to give everything for Blue Lock, but with a schedule like that. I can't blame the animators, that's the best they can do. ITS THE UPPER HEAD FVCK THERE PUTTING THE DEADLINE WITHOUT CARING

Erm the normal time of producing an anime is not 2 years. I get what you are saying and all and I agree. But as someone in the animation industry. Anime does not take 2 years per season to make lmao It entirely depends on the amount of staff and the episodes in the season. for a 14 episode season it usually will take 9 months to finish (This includes the 3 months of airing as they will keep working on later episodes while the show airs) For a 24 episode season this can be closer to a year, but unless you have a shortage of staff or are making the most ambitious thing ever. An anime is never in production for 2 years lmao For example, a movie like JJK 0 was finished in 4 months and thats to movie standards with quite a hefty fight scene at the end which was fully shaded. And before you try to say pre production, at most that is 3 or so months. Usually when you see a long gap between seasons its due to the teams being occupied with other projects.

Since the manga is selling so good, the production committee (Kodansha) is rushing the adaptation due to the hype (money). Again, it’s honestly sad how GREED is the problem in the anime industry. These animators need more TIME and a decent SCHEDULE to produce a good quality adaptation. I won’t say it’s for ( every show ) but if you guys would pay close attention, you would notice how mangas that aren’t really popular in sales.. have a good adaptation especially talented staff with lots of free lancers… that’s because it’s no ( pressure ) to release the show so fast. But.. since Blue Lock is literally in every top 5 or 10 in sales, they are rushing the production to generate money and they dont won’t to kill the hype of the manga. Yea it sucks I would agree, but yup that’s how bad the industry is. They don’t care how great this man work is. It’s all about MONEY. Hopefully what I said makes sense 🙏.

I hate to be one of those people but I'm going to just say this there's a difference between how a manga art and a anime art is you can't really expect an anime to be able to copy the same art style that the artist that does blue lock' art style is being done by one person it's not that easy to be able to copy the art from the manga to the actual anime because of how it is and also studio 8-bit is a very small company with not that many animators mechanics despite the fact that the entire market is a PNG as well just makes it sound like that people are complaining about how the manga looks but it's a PNG but people complain about the anime being a PNG despite the fact that it's literally how the hell are you going to be able to copy a literal scene of a kicking something and that's it just sounds like complaining to me and also the animators took about like one and a half years to be able to get this done that's way too short for an anime like blue lock

@@Exxnihiloo the reason why it's like this is because 8-bits didn't have much time to animate it or probably cuz that the early episodes aren't going to look as super amazing as they are going to be for the under 20 match I think that's probably why the animation isn't super good for some of these early trial match fights that they're doing because while they want to see if the money to be able to do the under 20 match considering how expensive animation really is and not only that 8-bit is a very small animation studio with small and not many animators doing this project

Idk why everyone keeps complaining. They're obviously saving budget. Season 1 didn't have the best arc and the most anticipated one so there was no need to save budget which is why some episodes looked very good. They're being lazy on purpose and doing what they can to make up for the lack of animation like with colors so they can use all their budget for the arc everyone wants to see the most So to summarize yes the animation is bad. It's going to continue being bad until the best and most anticipated arc in the entire series. Either wait for U-20 or read the manga And IF blue lock did go down the drain and U-20 ends up being pure trash then mb but logically speaking I dont think that's the case
