Worth the visit! I’ve been there several times, and not only in the garden itself, but the surrounding area is just bloody amazing. Alnwick (An-ik) is an amazing town overall. It’s even got the castle where some of Harry Potter was filmed! Not to mention, in the garden where the Poison Garden is found, Alnwick Garden, there’s all sorts of things to check out! Such as the treehouse!

I’ve been to the Alnwick gardens on holiday and honesty I was terrified of the poison garden. You walk through the gates and you walk through the garden. You scan QR codes and a story is told on how someone was killed by the plant. I was like 10 at the time and the stories on how people died made me want to leave there really badly, and so I sad and me and my mum waited for the rest of my family leave the garden. I vaguely remember one of the stories, it was about a woman who poisoned her husband and killed him after something he did, I don’t remember fully as I said but now I’m older I am intrigued to go Alnwick again and visit the Poison garden once more. The rest of the garden was so beautiful and it goes on for ages. We also went to the castle. Fun fact, part of Harry Potter was filmed there. It’s one of my favourite memories to think about and I really recommend for you to visit if your in England. Sorry this has gone on for so long but I felt like not many people who have watched this has had the experience of going there. Hope this was ok to read x also I forgot to mention, something not mentioned in the video was that there was a separate area where the poison plants were kept. They weren’t just all over the garden :)
