02:39 I never thought pumpkin could benefit men’s health specifically! 🎃🧑 This was a great breakdown of all the benefits-now I’m inspired to try it in different dishes! Roasted pumpkin is next on my list. Thanks for sharing! 🙌😊

Wow, this video really opened my eyes to all the health benefits of pumpkin! I never realized how much it could impact everything from heart health to skin and even weight loss. Thank you for putting this together-such valuable information! But I wonder, for those of us with certain digestive issues, is it really safe to consume pumpkin regularly, especially when it’s raw? Has anyone else had mixed experiences with this?

In Japan we eat Kabocha, a green pumpkin like veggy, very tasty. I slice and steam then slice off the green skin and mash. Top with melted butter and enjoy.

I add a cup of roasted pumkin to my homemade chedder mac and cheese. It looks just like chedder cheese and is creamy. Perfect blend.

I am a 64yrs old South African. We eat pumpkin. Every Halloween look at pumpkins in shops in Europe & wonder if these pumpkins are safe to eat, because the only time you see them is during Halloween.

He is referring to K2 which is inaccurate as pumpkin has Vit K1. K2 pulls calcium into bones, not K1 which is in pumpkin

I ate pumpkin once when I was 7 years old. It’s disgusting and at 64 I doubt my opinion is likely to change now. I do however eat the seeds. As far as the orange stuff is concerned, no thanks, never again.
