Not sure "how" but I can definitely say confidence just became more natural when I turned about 30 or so, and I have been quite secure and confident for a long time and love myself. Life's too short to worry about other peoples opinions or stress about failure in anything. Mind over matter. What we believe eventually manifests into reality.
