Why Isn't More of Pirate101 Free?!

Hi, Fang I'm sending you much Love from Valencia, Spain (The Real Heart of the Armada! :D) I agree with you, Pirate101 is an Incredible game that deserves much more love and attention. Wizard101 has been always like the perfect child to KI and Pirate101 is like the second child that is always forgotten and mistreated. The problem is that we can't really share our ideas and feedback with the developers because it's like they don't really care or want to listen IF they give more free membership for Pirate more player would be able to experience this wonderful game. I have to admit I like Pirate101 better because instead of playing cards we play Chess with is wonderful and the voice acting for example Ratbeard really makes me laugh.

I agree with you man: I can't think of any downsides to making Flotsam skyway free. You get Ratbeard, see some of the promotions and a bit more of the plotline.

They should've just left the Paywall at Jonah Town, right before you get your Parent's Ship. I legit have no idea why they'd changed it to bootleg Azteca lol (I mean, probably so people will buy Membership faster, lmao, but it's legit doing the opposite of that? 🙃🙄)

Yeah I’m doing the iceberg vid rn I didn’t even know they had the paywall all the way to there. They made it shorter which is wild!

Without having to continue watching this, it's because the game doesn't have a plethora of books/world content enough and I'll just simply keep it at this While it's appreciated that any free content gets included to the free base game however, that won't happen anytime soon as long as the cap is at 70 and the game is stuck with it's current set of 7 worlds from 2012 till present with only 2 *true* 2 storyline expansions added to the game since it's launch from 11 years ago Wizard101 is a perfect example of where I can see this happening (ffs the game has at least nearly 30 worlds and a cap that is near 200 levels with like.. 5 or 4 arcs going on now? That demolishes Pirate101 with it's 70 levels and 7 worlds. The game simply is helping KI still to make money and while that's understandable, I don't see any justified reason to ask them to make anything further from Pirate101 free to play at least until we see any books or worlds or reaching a 3rd arc at the very least *Which i don't think that'll happen anytime soon*, and the wishful thinking that such thing could happen is optimistic thinking that'd lead to another disappointment like the billions of times I've been disappointed as someone that used to be a game enthusiast since it's launch.

Well put. You summed up basically the whole reason why pirate101 just doesn’t get more f2p. Although I don’t think it’s worth not thinking about this on a community standpoint, sure the game economically is just not there. The Pirate101 community is small but obviously passionate and I think just seeing the devs put anything into the game and acknowledging what the community does is great. I’ve loved the recent interactions in the community and I am still going to be hopeful even if it is foolish
