As much as this update is lacking I gotta say, I’m happy we got draconia partners. I think this is the first time they’ve been introduced in pirate? I could be wrong. I personally think if they REALLY want to make money on packs they should do promotions for these packs. Maybe a dumb side quest that gives 1 singular pack to give the element of chance, or a side quest that gives a weaker recolour of one of the new companions to make those “completionist players” feel the need to get them all

The companions are pretty broken so i would say that this whole update considering what it actually does was just overall bad.

9:40 oh that power might actually be good for hybrid build for Muskets (while not ideal its there for those who are willing) in a niche scenario this can be useful against a enemy filled with muskets so you can utilize true grit, assuming you are prepared to have some endurance with a Valor's Fortress or can actually utilize a build with a hide to avoid OW spam (niche scenario)

The pay wall use to be before you got your mom and dad ship and you had to go to the next sky way that where it use to start. That made me want to get a membership or crowns to play more if they stopping after you get the quest to leave skull island that not going to make to many people want to play.

They would lose literally nothing pushing the paywall back and have everything to gain. No player is buying packs before or even directly after the paywall. You buy gear at higher levels and you need people to be invested before they will buy a sub or pack.

Listen brother something is better than nothing, take what you get, they were thinking to stop funding this game all together so be thankful they are doing something about the game, cause right now I haven't sub in so long cause all we have is old content and pet hatching.

When it comes to pushing back the paywall I think a great compromise would be combining the memberships of wiz and pirate into 1 kingsisle membership. That way members get access to both games

Marleybone is probably the best story wise Cool ranch is A tier but not the best, especially when the fights are mostly the same except for specific bosses. Tbh aquila and marleybone are where the old devs really shined

I understand the sentiment of pirate players because y'all want a full on world like what Wiz has, however, from my understanding, it's gonna be similar to Wiz's version of Aquila instead of a full length world. If I'm right and pirate Krok is similar to Wiz Aquila then it won't be all that bad, disappointing but not bad.

This doesn’t count as a new world for Pirate 101 if there is no new skyway. Simple as that.

Pirate has been neglected and pushed away for years now. Even tho we have a new team for pirate all they have done is just take things form wizard and put it in pirate which is lame like tarturus and now krock I understand they don't have many resources but that doesn't mean copy everything from wiz. Sadly it is a new team not the original where they actually cared and created original and exciting content that made me fall in love with the game. This new team is just doing the bare minimum expecting new players to start playing the game when they can't even keep there existing players happy and hopeful.

After what you said in the last video, I don't think they are going to do anything "new" for pirate. They want us to spend more money, so they can make stuff. That's not how it works. They need to make the investment, and get the interest. Then they will have people come in and play and spend money. Ripping assets from Wizard and pasting them into Pirate as little dungeon areas, is not going to bring players in. Pirates is about ships and sailing to new worlds. I am so frustrated with their lack of trying, at this point.🐊
