As much as I hate debating the topic surrounding the SCS, you seem a bit confused. China and Vietnam claim ownership of the SCS based on history which dates back centuries. They claim sovereignty of the island features. The EEZ falls under their territory. That's why they say that the Philippines is intruding. For example, renting a commercial space in a building doesn't automatically guarantee your ownership of the building. This is the same with the EEZ and sovereignty claim.

Yeah visa free to Filipinos entering Israel but its not a walk in the park to get through immigration, many Filipinos get A to A and even detained and asked many questions before being sent back home. For me its better if they require visa so we can apply before travelling and not to be sent home upon arrival in Israel, its a waste of ticket money and time only to be sent back home.
