I think the fact that it says 'Electric Vehicle Program' on it is reason enough to class it as awesome. I also quite like that it looks like it was built, then started melting.. and hasn't stopped. The turning horn is clearly a safety feature. Keeping it running with something approaching the original batteries is, I think, a real achievement that you should be proud of. A slice of automotive history.

The original battery set up is a heck of a lot easier than modern batteries. It took me one day to build this battery pack compared to my custom lithium pack for my other electrek that took me several months lol
