@kalashkapoor5292 yes can be done but needs a lot of work because first you have to build a software that creates videos based on niches, then you need to edit, merge and put different videos source, audios and captions together. You probably have to use a lot apis from different payed services. And in the end the easiest part to upload automatically. Its something that can be done, and looking forward to find free tools and built it so I can share here.
