I wish I had known about the effects of losing teeth earlier. I had two wisdom teeth pulled before Invisalign and my face just collapsed within the span of two months. I had always looked significantly younger than my age and in a short period of time I looked older than my actual age. I will always regret having my wisdom teeth pulled just to fix one crooked front tooth. Having straight teeth means nothing if your face looks older because of it.

Your education on HRT and menopause is spot-on, thank you for your educational content. I'm sixty years old and have had 4 vials of Sculptra over a period of two years. Im so happy I've done it. Like a lot of women, my biggest concern was it increasing the risk of breast cancer but after doing research it does not look like there is a direct link. It doesn’t run in my family but it’s such a common cancer but I also believe the media is always talking about breast cancer so that plays into it too. I watch a lot of Menopause Taylor’s content and I also had a consult with her so that I can get ahead of the anti-aging/health journey. I love Sculptra too! It was life changing for me because, like yourself, fillers didn’t last long. I work out a lot and am very lean so I’m a sinker. I've been on Estrodial for four years. I had dreadful menopausal symptoms and I requested HRT. I value Dr Taylor's education and started hormone replacement without hesitation. I have no family history of breast cancer. I think the HRT is definately helping me to age slower than woman who don't use it. The sagging in my face is a challenge though, I definately need more Sculptra. My skin texture is good, no creapiness on my body yet.

My injector has followed all the instructions for dilution of Sculptra, precisely as the fabricant prescribes. He used a 25G cannula en it got blocked several, several times. We lost a lot of the product, my face was so inflamed after due to several, several needle punctures and clogged canulas. What went wrong? Why is it clogging?

I never had snatched jawline even when I was young and very thin. I was actually underweight at some point, with slime face but no jawline and no chin. All due to having overbite and recessed chin. Now being in my mid 30s I had my first dermal filler in the chin, jawline and cheeks. Chin filler was great and definitely gave me better appearance but jawline and cheek filler was pretty much useless. Very minimal difference. What I would need is fat removal from that area, not fillers.

Yes, just get your CE certified filler in the required G primes from Korea and do your 10 ccs. Looks like the model had a lot of bone loss, there was a lot of structure added to her chin and jaw line and it looks all restored, and great.

I’m turning 40 in a month and only developed jowling after gaining significant weight in the last 2 years. I‘ve been recommended different treatments ranging from HA filler, bio stimulators, Botox, fat loss injections to liposuction. I’m not someone with naturally weaker jawline or chin, so for the same reasons you’ve mentioned, I’m hesitant to try out anything before I loose the excess weight. You always give great advice and seem to want the best long term outcome for your patients. You’d be my first choice if I lived closer to you.

I would live to hear your thoughts on Nefertiti lift and DAO Botox. I love the effect this has as i feek it stops by face looking "pulled down". However, will Botox on the DAO and under/on jaw for nefertiti not shrink the muscle and therefore volume and potentially then worsen jowls. It’s not really possible to tell you if this will equate to the price of a facelift. It depends on what we would be doing when you come in. Is it Sculptra or filler or both and how much. The advantage of doing injectables and maintaining them every year is that you look your best at all times, as opposed to waiting for a facelift. Even if you get a facelift, it won’t last forever. The 2nd patient in this video had a lower facelift over 15 years ago.

I get filler in my jawline as it's naturally weak, with VERY slight jowls, and an invisible gonial angle. It works well for me. I'm 45 now. I've always been naturally slim (5'7", about 130lbs) but have a genetic double chin and small mouth / jaw. And I'm missing several molars. Oops. lol

Hormones have to be balanced. Did you get HRT brands beginning with Pre-? Premarin, Prempro for example. They are made from horse urine and have synthetic progesterones which are known to cause problems.
