@@shelleybevacqua Thank you so much for sharing your story! I hope I never need a facelift too, lol. Renuva is actually not owned by a big pharma company! It’s a tissue banking company (MTF Biologics) and they definitely don’t have the same huge budgets as big pharma. I wish I could grow my own fat and collagen in a tub too. The scientist from Renuva told me they tried everything, but the only way to grow fat was to take some sort of component from fat.

There really should be more people like you who works to improve the knowledge surrounding injectables, thank you! What's the difference between Sculptura and Profhilo besides having 5 key injectable points vs. many micro points? I was reading verified reviews on realself for Profhilo, and a large number of patients have complained about having ballooned 'Pillowface' for months after the procedure. Another common complaint was that they developed unflattering 'Jowling' that weren't there before, which also lasts for a long long time. A study showed that over 90% experienced noticeable changes to their facial silhouette like the numerous documented pillowface mentioned on realself. Would avoiding any injections near the jowl/jaw area be able to prevent 'jowling' ?

@@rafaelgomez1989 I totally understand that it can be concerning when you are hearing different things from different providers. To say that it’s not real collagen is like saying scar tissue is not real. It’ is real and it’s natural and it’s a natural response to when the skin undergoes any type of trauma. If you cut yourself your skin needs to heal. Is that not real collagen. I understand that they say it is not the same type of collagen as when we are younger, but until somebody invent something where they can prove that their product is the exact same type of collagen that you have when you are in your 20s then what choice do you have? @@nian60 thank you for sharing your opinion and I totally feel you. I was very concerned about Renuva as well for this reason. However, I realized that the future of aesthetic medicine and even general medicine is regenerative, when it comes to prevention at least. There are a lot of other products that we probably don’t even realize have come from humans. For instance, have you ever gotten a neuromodulator like Botox Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau before? They contain human albumin. Most ppl don’t even realize this. Also, some vaccines are made through human cell lines.
@nian60
@nian60 Ай бұрын
@@NaturalInjector Funny you should ask that.😃 I need DAO Botox but it's way too expensive where I currently live, so I haven't done it yet. Earlier today I read an article about the human serum albumin in neuromodulators. The article said that the oldest Asian neuromodulator, BTXA, uses gelatin and dextran instead. The gelatin can cause allergic reactions. "For example, the oldest Asian BoNT-A product is BTXA, first licensed in 1997. BTXA uses dextran and gelatin as stabilizers instead of the standard Human Serum Albumin included in almost every other formulation of BoNT-A. The presence of gelatin may be unacceptable to some cultural and religious groups and, in addition, gelatin confers an increased risk of allergic reactions, including anaphylactic shock." So in the case of neuromodulators, human serum albumin might be the better choice rather than gelatin. (I also found another article that says human albumin can be made from rice). I think my problem with Renuva is that it comes from deceased people. So it's more about me being creeped out by the deceased bit. As for the human albumen, by the time I can get Botox somewhere where the prices are reasonable, there might be other formulations on the market. It is something I will have to think about. There is probably a demand for alternative formulations.
@nian60

@@NaturalInjector To add to my previous comment, it turns out Daxxify does not have human albumin. Instead it uses Peptide Exchange Technology. "This September, Revance announced that the US FDA approved Daxxify*, a neuromodulator, for the temporary improvement of frown lines and wrinkles in adults. It is the first of its kind to be stabilized with Peptide Exchange Technology. It is produced free of human serum albumin and animal-based components." So Daxxify will be the vegan and vegetarian choice then. 😃

@@nian60 This is very interesting! Thanks for the information. Here in the US I am pretty sure all toxins with the exception of Daxxify use human albumin.

He looks off tho , like an older person trying to look young. He still looks like he’s in his 40’s but looks like he’s in good shape.

I'm not sure the expression is choosing between your fanny or your face. Your fanny... is an entirely different body part.

@@suzannehorton3146 No he did not get a fat transfer. He said that he was advised NOT to get a fat transfer because he would be left with an indentation which is why he did Renuva. I don’t need to mislead people to get views.
Don’t even think about getting Jawline Filler until you watch this!
