Robb likely follows both like Catelyn does, Bran is DEFINITELY a follower of the old gods, Rickon probably does too and Sansa is technically an atheist but likely worships the seven to assimilate. Arya has gone off the rails and worships the god of death.

Yeah no this is just straight up wrong Robb is directly shown praying to the old gods, so is Sansa later on, Arya also mainly acknowledges the old Gods in her internal thoughts It’s also explicitly stated that the Stark Children keep the old gods and the new I think Sansa alone is explicitly stated to favor her mothers gods but otherwise it’s left non explicit

As other people have pointed out, no, all the Stark kids have the influence of the old gods but I do agree with what the video did a bad job of pointing out, Jon had 0 influence from the faith of the seven because of Cat and that reflects in his personality. He clings to the old gods because they're all he has, hell he even turned down being Lord of the Winterfell because he didn't want to burn the weirwood there

Like most polytheistic religions, their faith is not mutually exclusive. They worship both religions interchangeably.

All the children still worship the old gods, though Catelyn’s children I think worship the seven as well. We see Arya praying to a heart tree and she says Needle belongs to the old gods. Bran literally sees through the weirwoods. Sansa prays in the sept but she also sneaks to the “godswood” in king’s landing even though it isn’t a real one.

Very true, though there is also the scene of Ned, Sansa, and Arya holding vigil in the King’s landing godswood in AGOT after Bran wakes up. She also builds her snow castle in the “godswood” in the vale. This doesn’t necessarily mean she worships the old gods but it shows that her father’s religion was a part of her life.

People forget the old gods arent like modern religions, you don’t need to get baptized or make some offering to a tree in order to follow them. There’s no procedures unless special occasions but even those are artificial, it’s enough to simply meditate in their presence. They hear all prayers, silent and aloud, believer or atheist, begging or demanding, but whether they respond is up to something else. I’d say the most devout of the old gods accept they know little about them. But that’s the point.

Fake news, the Stark household is pretty tolerant and open to both religions. If anything all the Stark children but Sansa seem to feel more for the old gods. Of course Robb is going to follow Southern traditions for his Southern wedding with his Southerner bride. Septas are there to worship their gods and teach the female kids of "lady-like" duties including religion, but they never seem to overstep their roles and go all preachy. Ned doesn't think of Bran becoming High Septon because Bran has shown special interest in the Seven (in fact he was increasingly becoming more connected to the old gods), but because he wants to think his son still has chances of a good life despite having become paralyzed, and septons are socially respected whereas the old gods don't really have an organized clergy. (Also, now that I think of it, Ned was kind of right about Bran becoming an important religious figure, just all the other way round)
