Broly would only be able to copy Ki based abilities. Because he cannot use a power system outside of Ki. Broly (to my knowledge) hasnt been able to replicate the yardrats instant transmission (though he can learn to counter it) or Piccolo's Magic. So if Kenpachi actually had any energy based techniques, Broly wouldnt be able to copy it because he doesnt have the same power system as Kenpachi. It would make more sense that the reason why Broly can learn to replicate Ki based skills used against his is because his body probably has the capability of understanding and recognizing the expression of that Ki during that technique and he instinctively replicates that ki expression. Also, earlier in the video, it was stated that the Kenpachi that would be used would be one that presumably mastered his Bankai. If that is the case then later in the video bringing up that he would suffer damage from keeping his Bankai up wouldnt be relevant, as he is to presume to have mastered it thus no longer having the adverse effect of hurting himself using the Bankai. Also, a presumed "mastery" over could also mean he no longer loses his mind when he activates his bankai. It would've made more sense to say "we can't use this version of Kenpachi because no feats have been shown" rather than start of suggesting we would use a Bankai Mastered Kenpachi Utilizing just how fast Kenpachi can learn things, its easily safe to assume that Yoruichi's statement is a generic statement on a captains ability to learn and master Bankai. It is clearly shown in the series that several people have been able to either gain or master their bankai taking either longer or shorter. So It would be a safe assumption that Kenpachi took LESS time to master his bankai. Just because of his innate combat genius. The "cut through anything" is a conceptual ability and an "absolute clause" if it has the statement "it can cut through anything" and it comes across something that it cannot cut? It makes that statement untrue and therefore, if it cant, it is no longer the same ability and has been altered. In this way, all Kenpachi has to do is enter Bankai and land a SINGLE hit on Broly where it results in a fatal wound (losing arms and legs wont stop broly or hinder his much at all for that matter, he'd hit you with a stump or shoot a beam from the bloody nub if he wanted to.) We are also completely *downplaying* the cut through anything aspect of the Bankai. Broly's ranged advantage would be negligible after Kenpachi pull out his cleaver. Why? Because he can cleave through every single ranged projectile and it will *ALWAYS* succeed because of how the term "can cut through anything" is an absolute statement. It doesnt matter how strong Broly's attacks get. shattering dimensions or realities is not of the same order of magnitude as an Absolute Statement. Broly's Durability will never reach a point, no matter how infinite, that his blade couldnt cut. However the problem just becomes if Kenpachi would even be able to hit him in the first place. Because Broly will just be faster. In the end Broly would still win this one because Kenpachi more than likely wouldnt be able to land a fatal strike on Broly just because of speed shenanigans. Broly will never adapt to a sword that can cut anything because it doesnt look any different or apply any different than a normal sword. The expression of its cutting ability is invisible and its just an aspect of what it innately does and it cant be differentiated from just a stupidly strong sword wielder that is just strong enough to cut through things or a sword with a special properties. It's just non adaptable other than just "always avoid the sword." Broly will end up just blitzing Kenpachi. Also, if Broly punches the side of the blade instead of its blade edge, would he be able to shatter it? its a big target. Blades in bleach have broken before. What if Kenpachi lost his grip on his blade? It is also because Kenpachi NEEDS his sword that Broly will win virtually 100% of the time.

@343JustMe I'm aware of how big the Bleach universe is however the problem is that the Bleach characters only started reaching universal nearing the end of the series whereas for DBS characters it was at the beginning of the DBS series and even that is a low ball since at the end of the "Buu Arc" Goku was stronger than Buuhan (at least within "DBZ Kai" which is canon to the DBS anine) who's vise shout was powerful enough to destroy the dimensional barriers between the mortal realm and the other dimensions that make up the macrocosm and have those dimensions collapse in the each other, and Goku in DBS gets way more powerful than that throughout the series.

Excellent video DBZimran. Both characters powers are highly respected in each series. However due to how crazy Dragonballs power ups get, I just dont see Kenpachi jumping to that exact Legendary SSJ instantly. Broly also seems to habe a durability edge as his durability spiked numerous times as he kept adjusting and powering up throughout the movie. That being said Kenpachi is still stupidly powerful. I kinda wiah they gave him a spot to fight hax Yhwach so we could at least see if he could even land a hit in his bankai form.

The two differences between broly and kenpachi that should be noticed is that one can casually tank punches whilst the other can be cut, shot or entire limbs taken off and still be able to fight. If kenpachi is even comparable to broly has the upper hand with his sword since broly has no proof of being able to continue fighting after having holes punched through his body or limbs taken off.

Depends on how you scale. Both Bleach and DBS are bare minimum Low Multiversal at an absolute lowball. Both have 5D scaling, though believe it or not, Bleach’s is more consistent as DB(Z) uses higher planes of existence in an esoteric way while Bleach uses mathematical dimensional tiering, hyper-spaces and the like. There’s 6D Bleach arguments based on the Garganta being an infinitely larger realm than the hyperspace that is the Dangai, while also having its own separate space time making it 5D in nature, and any Soul King level being having the ability to create or destroy 5D time spaces pushes them to 6D. Just like how destroying a 3D universes space time is 4D. And then DBS has some outerversal arguments but…that’s something else entirely Speed wise, DBS has way faster metas on average. Bleach can get decently into MFTL+ while DBS gets deep into MFTL+ early on. DBS can get infinite speed arguments based on Goku and Jiren’s fights against Hit. If you take Jiren transcending time literally, then DBS gets to Immesurable, though it’s hard to say that’s concrete when there’s 2 of an infinitely stronger character in the form of Zeno…from a different timeline which means Zeno hasn’t transcended time. It’s not as consistent but Bleach can get infinite speed arguments based on Lille’s X-Axis blasts and Kyoraku avoiding some. But the better speed arguments for Bleach come from 3rd Fusion Aizen and any person that scales to or above him (quite a bit of characters by the time of the TYBW and the CFYOW novels), being above the Cleaner which governs time and space. And with Speed being Distance/Time, and these tier of beings completely transcending the Cleaner which governs space-time, you could get Bleach to those Immesurable speed tiers

Kenpachi’s power has never been shown to have an upper limit, and his recurring theme isn’t just cutting anything, it’s the ability to overpower any obstacle. The problem comes back to his bankai… his power is such that his own body can’t withstand it. Were he to be able to use it without fear of destroying himself, the fight would likely end up in Kenpachi’s favor, but he canonically has never been demonstrated to, and so broly’s overwhelming strength and durability make it no contest. Especially when you think of Gerard’s ability as effectively similar to Broly’s ability to adapt… there’s no reason to think Kenpachi couldn’t cut him… but could he muster the strength to overwhelm Broly with the decisive blow before he had to tap into bankai and rip himself to shreds? Unlikely.

First of all Kenpachi isn't afraid of his Bankai, it's only his body can't handle the power of his Bankai coz his Bankai makes his power grow without limit depending on his opponent that's why HE CAN CUT ANYTHING regardless of their defense.. Which means he can also cut Broly but the problem is Broly in berserker state is very hard to control and just keep Spamming all kinds of attacks which will make it hard for Ken to attack.

These comparisons rarely work for me. Setting aside favoritism of one IP over another, the powers don't mix. There's no way to know what these different abilities from different worlds would do to one another. Take Bleach vs DBZ here. There's a valid argument that Sayians couldn't even SEE Shinigami, let alone fight them. And there's no reason to believe that Shinigami powers would even MATTER in the face of Sayian powers. You argue against that - but your counter argument is just pure assumption. I see where you are coming from but it's all just guesswork imo.

Ngl this video could have been shorter. There has been a whole lot of yapping just trying to make it over 40 minutes- I feel like 5 minutes *at least* could be removed. Also, I believe Broly would win 9.5/10 simply due to the gap in power between the series. The .5/10 in Kenpachi's favor is if he pops Bankai and goes for the kill immediately at the start.

All this fight comes down to is if broly can rip kenpachis sword away from him because his zanpacto lets juat say can cut thru anything so a beam of ki blasts can be cut thru and remember kenpachi took two bombs in gremmy clones and it did quite a bit of damage but broly can shoot hundreds of stronger ones so can kenpachi tank all of them with or without his sword is the real question and all weve seen from bleach is sword fights hardly any hand to hand combat so we all know its mostly hand to hand combat in dragonball so im giving it to broly in this fight but it would be interesting to see

Kenpachi in his bankai state can cut any form of broly Because his bankai allows him to grow in power depending on his opponent thus it was stated with his bankai he CAN CUT ANYTHING but the problem is that Broly has wayy too many arsenal in his kit it would be hard for Kenpachi to even get close to him but if he were to slice broly in base form before broly can react he would win.. The only chance of Kenpachi winning here is against base broly, he wouldn't stand a chance when broly goes into his RAGE STATE coz his simply too fast for ken, While Kenpachi can be Strong enough to Cut broly in any of his form it doesn't matter coz broly is way faster and hes got a lot of Abilities and he's spamming them like crazy combined with his brute strength.

It's already the dumbest thing in battleboarding when someone tries to take the crown of _DBZ,_ but to come after _DBS?_ Dude, Dragon Ball characters have been universal since the Buu Saga, and not through passive abilities. Buuhan was going to literally crush the universe with alternate dimensions because he was that pissed off at being rolled by Vegito. Big 3 fans just need to stop, honestly. Comic book fans, too. It's not fun to scale against anyone past the Freeza Saga because by the time Trunks first arrives, the only characters people want to scale against (like Goku) have such busted speed feats. Even Gojo meatriders have to face the reality that, even with all of his abilities, he CAN'T make it to Namek.

TL;DR CFYOW and Hell Arc one shot neg diffs Broly as even holding back he would be leagues above base Vegeta and Broly even while nerfing himself, TYBW soul crushes himself before he can finish off Broly. Kenpachis confirmed to be a transcendent being in CFYOW as he's stated to be as strong as Dangai Ichigo, I forget if in shikai or base, who scales definitively above 4D and closer to the 6D range based.

No bias involved the answer is Zaraki wins. Shikai is enough he doesnt need Bankai at all. Bankai is overkill. Broly's attacks wont land unless Zaraki allows it cause he wants to feel da pain for joy of the battle. He can cut through any attack Broly throws at him and Broly himself. Bleach always was dis powerful. Kubo got rushed originally so he couldnt show it the way it was always meant to be. Grew up on DBZ but da fanboys just be gassin tbh. Minus bias there are feats, lore and many more to back up why Zaraki wins. I like DBZ too but this is a battle and Zaraki would definitely kill Broly. Logically speakin if you kno....Zaraki unreleased is strong enough to win via cutting the dangai...thats why Shikai would be enough for anything Broly could dish out. He doesnt need Bankai at all and im not saying this to be "Bias". Its just thr truth and it can be easily looked up too

I'm sorry Super Broly would just one shot Kenpachi the difference of Verses is simply massive you have to actually downplay Dragon Ball alot or have equal stats to actually have a good fight between them. SSJGod Goku and Beerus is capable of Destroying Universe 7 as a whole in the start of Super and Universe 7 is a Microcosm which contains infinite realms like the living realm , After life and hell and other realms like the World of Void etc. and each realm is infinite in size as well as the Afterlife being a higher plane of existence than the living world as time works differently there and you simply cannot normally travel from the living realm to the Afterlife you'd actually need teleportation like Goku's Instant Transmission to go there. Beerus and Champa just by fighting could lead the destruction of Universe 7 and 6 casually. Hax don't matter in dragon ball if you are stronger than your opponent you can simply power though them like Goku being able to move so fast that Hit's timeskip didn't matter and Goku was able to also destroy Hit's timeskip realm in their second fight. In Daima Goku was able to stop Glorio's magic attacks , Vegeta was able to overpower Babidi's magic and take advantage of it as a power up instead also Bleach also has this as well as if you have Higher Spiritual Pressure than your opponent you can also nullify their hax like what Aizen did as he did not take over the Espada using Kyoka Suigetsu he used his strength and Spiritual Pressure to make them follow him. Granolah has statements that he is faster than Goku's instant Transmission. All of this feat statements are now nothing to Current Super Broly as he is able keep up with Beast Gohan which is slightly Stronger than MUI Goku which that Goku is now several or more times stronger than the feats I listed above. All Bleach has is cool Hax/Abilities and Yhwach capable of merging bare minimum 3 realms (Hueco Mundo , Living World and Soul Society ) which is nothing compared to what feats in dragon ball has which btw Kenpachi is nowhere close to Yhawach's level and Broly has Statements that he is more powerful than Beerus in the movie. I love both Series but unless Bleach continues into the Hell Arc and more I don't see it catching up to Dragon Ball since Super isn't over yet despite Toriyama's passing (RIP) In short Broly just simply wins stat wise and you have to make it an equal stats fight to make it interesting and actually close.
