As a diehard fan of Ghostrider, i would be extremely thrilled on his fight with WonderWoman... i know its a little cringe, but trust me, she is much MUCH more powerful than she is given credit for... She is IMMORTAL... and I mean like the top notch Writer Level Plot Armour Immortal... It doesnt matter if her soul gets destroyed, or her body gets obliterated even to the last atom... Or even she gets wiped out from existence, by some magic, or her mom gets killed before she is born, she will still come back alive... 😅 I know it's pretty hard to believe and stupid, but the latest DC animated kinda solidified it... Long story short, the DC timeline reached a critical point, where the heroes realize that there used to be only 1 timeline and by definition, only 1 earth... But since Flashpoint, there have been multiple timelines being created infinitely, and now the entire cosmos/existence/universe, is fighting against these "Other" timelines and erasing everything, so that there is once again "Nothing" remaining... Then there could be another Big Bang, and later only 1 universe... So the heroes come up with a plan to merge all the versions of themselves from all the different universes into a completely new one using a "Miracle" machine from the 5th dimension or something... And only WonderWoman could power it as she is literally immortal, and only infinite energy can create a whole new universe out of thin air/nothing... (They chose her, even tho people like Lobo were available, as u would think sacrificing a villain would be much more suited, but apparently even he isn't immortal enough) So she finally looses her immortality, and enter this new universe... (This is as of 2024, later developments are as of yet to come)... So if Ghost rider goes against her, then she definitely has "SOME" very good aspects going for her... Namely her divine Weapons, like her sword, shield, lasso, braces, etc... As well as her obvious immortality... Unless Ghostrider can trap her, she is literally immortal... The best way I can describe composite Jhonny blaze: 1. One shot galatus while fighting hulk with penance stare, and can use it against an entire town at once. 2. Was counted as stronger than cosmic ghost rider as the king of hell, which cosmic ghost rider has the power cosmic and solo’d thanos with the infinity gauntlet. 3. Can create portals to other dimensions and can have other ghost riders come to help him. Like the ghost rider hulk with the venom symbiote. 4. When fighting a angel, despite it having the few things that can actually hurt the ghost rider (being magic, demonic/holy energy) they lost and ghost rider said only the one above all (the supreme god of the marvel multiverse) can truly defeat him. 5. Zarathos getting free from ghost riders is pretty much an apocalyptic scenario, since he’ll go across the universe eating everyone’s sin. Leaving them in a vegetive state.

Ghost riders “strength” comes from his enemies sins. It depends on how evil the person he’s fighting truly is. Omni man being a relentless force, unfazed by the death and chaos he causes around him. Has plenty of sins for Ghost rider to feed off of..Ghost rider would easily overpower him in strength alone just based off that fact. His penance stare would be too op in this fight. The only thing that hard counters Ghost rider is something blessed by a holy being, or a holy being itself. Even Mephisto the person who created ghost rider and “cursed” him with his powers, can’t control, or out power him at full strength…I feel like Omni man would try to blitz Ghost rider, and end up getting penance stared into oblivion. Forcing Omni man to feel the pain of trillions of souls he’s killed throughout the universe, would instantly implode his body and soul…That’s just my take tho. According to how Ghost riders strength works, and his penance stare ability, Omni man gets wiped off the floor with little to no diff.

In Ghost Rider, vol. 3, #13, Ghost Rider tried to use his penance stare on Snowblind. It didn't work because Snowblind is, well... _blind._ I also recall Ghost Rider using his penance stare on Deathlok once (I don't recall the issue number off the top of my head). It caused Deathlok mild discomfort because he never spilled _innocent blood._ I guess the writers didn't understand the nature of Ghost Rider's powers, as you suggested. 🤔

Yeah, it would be a worthless ability and counter-intuitive to The Spirit Of Vengeance going after someone who's actually guilty and feels guilty than going after truly villainous characters. I'd accept him going after both, with actual bad guys first but not stopping because that's the thematic point of vengeance is that it is a vice in opposition to the virtue that is justice. Ghost Rider is supposed to be an antihero that sits on the edge of good and evil as a corrupted angel. He wants to do good but his insanity continously pushes him closer to darkness.

I recall one comic where Mephisto stated Zarathos' power only ever increases as it is directly attributed to urge for revenge on every soul lost, which can only be calculated as somewhere between a sporadic stimulant shot & a daily fucktonne dose of pure power. As such, it comes down to whoever is being possessed at the time, how quickly they burn themselves out & their own control over the Ghost Rider persona. All you need to know is Punisher killed the entire Marvel Universe with the help of Zarathos, in a centuries spanning campaign, just because he decided he'd had enough. Not Zarathos, Frank Castle!

But if u are only talking about the wonder woman from the movies, u are GRAVELY mistaken... She is IMMORTAL... and I mean like the top notch Writer Level Plot Armour Immortal... (This is as of 2024, later developments are as of yet to come)... So if Ghost rider goes against her, then she definitely has "SOME" very good aspects going for her... Namely her divine Weapons, like her sword, shield, lasso, braces, etc... As well as her obvious immortality... Unless Ghostrider can trap her, she is literally immortal... Not even Xerethos can outmatch her plot armour given immortality... Hope I didn't ramble on too much, and gave some good clarification... 🙂

Omni-Man's faster than light speed is literally only possible in space, so it's only his long distance travel speed. It's specifically possible due to the vacuum of space eliminating virtually all friction and resistance. He (and other viltrumites) can essentially infinitely increase their speed, and even if they were to hit something, their insane durability would allow them to just blast right through it. His combat speed is absolutely NOT faster than light.

It would be interesting to measure the amount of energy it would require to go faster than light speed, solely calculating the energy imparted to the atmosphere particles is the object moves through them binging gas particles off the sides of this thing going faster than light speed. I think there are several basic laws of physics that would make this impossible (besides the man moving faster than light), but if it is not, I think the particles that are binging off of him as he flies thru them, are probably- over every few feet or miles-releasing the energy equivalent of several of our suns, as each particle approaches infinite mass the closer it is to light speed.... I think he would blow the planet apart.
