He's not really inventing anything those were his powers to begin with. He was just discovering them. The only characters stronger than Sentry are Blue Marvel, Adam Warlock, and White Phoenix of the crown (Jean Grey). And that's only because Blue Marvel beat Sentry with no problem, Adam Warlock's true power is the living Tribunal (which is supposed to mean that the only character above him is the one above all), and Jean being the only person ever to utilize 100% of Phoenix's power, being the one true host. (It's intentional Godmoding - if you are alive she has all of your power and all the power you will ever have and have had--and this applies to every single living thing in the multiverse)

the problem with comic characters like sentry is for arguments sake everyone uses the versions that r most op like how you did with composite you have to take a character at the power they r typically depicted as being aka base forms because with amps almost any comic book character is just op they all have a version or another where they have limit shattering power to contend with beings they cannot normally fight and that is why u need to find the base power level for where they r typically depicted for arguments like these otherwise it just doesn't make sense since one below all hulk solos almost all of fiction for example

Its a bit of a lie to say Kratos beat Thor and Odin by himself 14:35. Thor was overpowering Kratos thru most their final fight and only was able to sap his power with that relic. He then talked Thor down as Thor was immediately ready to continue. Odin then killed Thor. It was Kratos, Freya and his son who all jumped Odin and still didnt manage to beat him. His son sealed him away so he did “win” these encounters but was not winning the fights themselves
