Chiao Zu would destroy boros imo (25k is lowballing btw, his powerlevel is probably more like 50,000 or even higher which is about the level of recoome, jeice and baata who are stronger than a planetary Vegeta after two zenkais)

Weve already seen him use "normal punch" and then use "normal punch" consecutively, its definitely possible that he can also use his "killer series" moves in rapid succession. To add to that, Saitama is only using Martial Arts, nothing special. (Just trying to paint a picture in your head, nothing too specific)Think of Goku or Vegeta punching a blast thrown by Cell or something and matching it up with just the air pressure of their punch and simultaneously hitting the opponent in the process. DB is also pretty inconsistent. There are instances when it took Vegeta and Goku to power up significantly (perfect SSJ) until Cell was afraid they might destroy the planet. Some of the times the Z fighters also throw out Ki blasts which miss their opponent yet dont destroy much terrain.

Or remember how when Goku fought Beerus, Beerus threw those tiny Ki attacks that is almost modeled after atoms?
