This is actually what separates great players from the other. They’re brain is wired different. They read the game while in a perspective on the court they don’t have the vision like what we see on the screen. They’re reflexes and thinking is top notch.

This is what players are going to need to focus on to push their game to the next level. Being skillful and super intelligent is what makes you unbeatable. Make sure we focus on that in all walks of life not just sports!

You earned a new sub. This is really the type of stuff I need to improve

Basically what i was thinking is what makes a playerlike kd able to drop into ay lineup and and not lose effectivness because theres only a handful of playersi can think of where there game impact and numbers arent really effected by other players play styles and abilities if that makes any sense

I agree with everything but to your point about Lebron cutting for that easy two pointer and taking it every time. If that’s a knock down three point shooter in his position I’ll take my chances with him spotting up and taking that wide open 3 instead of the cut
@fletchergrant31666 ай бұрын
Even a knockdown shooter only makes open threes like 60% of the time. An open layup is guaranteed points. A one point difference just isn’t worth it
@Juice19845 ай бұрын
.60*3=1.80 || .99*2=1.98 The 2-pointer is the better choice with the better outcome for a 60% perimeter shooter vs a dominant (99%) free lay up. Get that shooter to 70% perimeter, or to a contested (80%) lay up, then we have a conversation of taking the 3.

I hope that some team sees the knowledge that this dude possesses. I don’t know, because I don’t know anything about it, but I think that he has uncommon analytical skills based on what I’ve seen on KZbin.

I think various players have this with different play styles like jrue holiday, kd ,bron , and possibly klay but we havent seen that in real time yet they all have varying play styles but still can be effective without going very far outsude of there game
@pattdor76 ай бұрын
I’ll see what i can do with that concept
@DadofCass6 ай бұрын
@@pattdor7 it started with me thinking about how lebron really hasn't shifted much in numbers more than just his first year in miami and for kd his whole stigma is blending into any line-up. Thanks for the consideration !

The first clip is just bad defense and no communication. That’s the right play by Jrue, but the defense was terrible Nothing special on that play
@Calvinje886 ай бұрын
What makes it special is that Jrue made the right play.
@pattdor76 ай бұрын
If we are gonna say doing the right thing cuz someone did something wrong isn’t special, then i guess 75% of basketball isn’t special either
