It’s crazy how when we were younger, we were so mad at Zayn for leaving and we were so selfish cause all we wanted was the 5 members instead of 4. But I feel like the more we get older, the more we’re starting to realize the toxicity, and why he left the group, and I honestly don’t blame him at all. I believe that comment that Liam made was one of the many reasons why Zayn left in the first place. He could never get his opinions in or his point across. So he made the best decision…to leave. I've only known about 1D since 2020 and I was truly shocked at how racist 1D fandom was! I'm sure some had colonised minds as not all the fans were/are white. guys i think we all need to take a step back and calm down about this. what happened in the band was, is and never will be any of our business, because just like us celebrities like to have privacy too. even though one direction was and always will be an amazing band it doesn't mean that they didn't have their ups and downs. in this video, liam was clearly stating that he felt a certain type of way about another band member, zayn. most importantly, however he states that he will always be by zayn's side, which is the most important thing. even though liam was in the wrong for bringing up zayns personal life, we all make mistakes and say some things without thinking. what we as fans and supporters need to do right now is let them deal with this and not put any pressure on any of the boys for this. they all have the purest hearts and souls but mistakes happen and we need to accept that and move on. thanks.

Im 16 years old turning 17 this year (2022) and I starting looking up to them in 2011 and was their Biggest Fan of all Lol. I remember those days where I went up to my mom and yelled Mommmm It’s One Direction on Tvvvv, Im in love with them Especially Louis which I had to point at the Tv for cause she didn’t know which one was him Lollll but I just remember Falling In Love with them big timeeee, Having a Big Smile and couldn’t move on even until this day! My heart broke when Zayn left the group and It didn’t really feel like ID without him! One direction as I remember was a Band of 5 not 4. Anyways I just wish them all the best of luck in what they do next with their lives. I pray everyday that they will one day come together and forget about the issues and problems in the past and leave it behind!
