Linguistics can be important to adoptees for several reasons, especially when it comes to understanding and navigating issues related to identity, culture, and communication.
But what about how we speak affects us on the inside, how it feels in our bodies, and how it can either empower us or deflate us?
In this episode, I talk about how making a simple switch in how we talk to ourselves and others can make a huge shift in our authenticity and creating a life that we love.
