Amorim might be the only person to listen to on United because he’s the only person, in football or the media capable of speaking about them objectively We need consistency We have huge issues with mentality The team is still getting used to an actual way of playing rather than whatever you call Ten Hags plan It’s not good enough and we need to be better Amorim has said literally all of this, right on all counts, the Liverpool game is a good example of what happens when things go right, it doesn’t mean we’re back but it’s a sign of why we got Amorim in the first place, everyone recognises United needed change, you can’t say there hasn’t been change

Terrific performance from Manchester United. Only a draw, yes. However, the performance was highly encouraging. Rúben Amorim is up to something! Edit: Rasmus Højlund scored 5 goals in 6 UCL games last season and was top scorer after the group stages. In a United team so poor they finished 4th. Rasmus Højlund has also scored 5 goals in 6 UEL group stage games this season and is once again top scorer. Again in another terrible United team. That's not a flop. At 21, that's raw talent that could improve with some good coaching.

Its not like this is the first time Trent got exposed. Man Uniteds whole strategy under Ole was just give Rashford the ball 1v1 against Trent. There was a massive push to get Trent to play midfield. That didnt work because hes not press resistant and his short range passing isnt midfielder quality. He's overrated as hell. Hes not as good as people say, he looks good on the eye test. Which is what drives most of his appeal and hes good on set pieces. If other teams constantly target you, youre not that great.
