Booming is an overstatement. I’ve lived in Manassas my whole life, and it’s been fairly decent. It’s a quaint but lively town, but it certainly has its flaws. Crime is something, and it’s underperforming schools, (that I attend because I’m a middle schooler there) are a thing to consider.

Too crowded and too much crime in Manassas. I66 is terrible. Much prefer closer in like Vienna.

too crowded? Manassas feels spacious. The "downtown" is small and everything else is normal subruban sprawl.
