I love your videos. Thanks for helping me, Teacher. I'm from Brazil, and I can understand more and more each day. I've been listening and reading more than writing and speaking. I'm going to try to fix that.❤

Hi Tanya, once more with other interesting video. Perhaps you wanted to keep the temperature of the coffee, since it has a lid. Here there are lots of those paper or plastic cups which mantein the cold or hot inside it. Speaking about the tips for acquire fluency, to think in English is one of mine. On a bus, before sleeping, outside. Following the old methods many teachers, working in high schools, are not fluent at all. As usual you're right. A big hug and thanks for all. Susana de Argentina.

Hi Tanya, my problem with English language is listening, I don't know why, and my vocabulary is very short. I'm 50 years old and I'm a Vet from CDMX. I have a question for you, how are Pepa and Espy?😊
@EnglishCoach3Ts3 ай бұрын
Thanks for sharing! Can you understand most of what I am saying in my videos? Pippa and Espy are doing well. Thanks for asking.

@@EnglishCoach3Ts yes, almost everything, about 70 % because you speak slowly and clearly, but other people I understand 50%

I suggest you listen to things that you understand 95% of most of the time. You can still come to my live videos but you need to listen to things that are easier to understand. Search for comprehensible input videos on KZbin and find the ones you understand. Let me know if that helps.

I did go out for lunch and then afterwards I went to coffee with my friend. And, the main reason I got the to go cup is because I didn't plan in advance to get a coffee. Great guess!

Hello! Where are you from? What is your native language?

How to Become Fluent in English Becoming fluent in English is a bit like climbing a mountain: it seems easy at first, but the higher you go, the more challenges you face. At the beginning, you learn all the easy stuff: simple words, common phrases, and basic grammar. It’s like learning to walk before you run. But as you reach the intermediate level, things get trickier. You start to encounter weird words, phrases, and grammar rules that make you wonder if English is trying to mess with you. Sentence structures become more complex, and your brain might feel like it's doing a gymnastics routine. A while ago, when I was younger and full of confidence, I took the TOEFL (paper-based test) and scored 610. I thought, "Wow, I must be an English genius!" So, I decided to flaunt my skills in an English chat room. I wrote my first post, expecting applause. Instead, I got a reply that read, “Yo, dude, did you use a budget Chinese translation app for that?” My pride took a nosedive. Despite my impressive TOEFL score, my English seemed as clumsy as a giraffe on roller skates. Determined to prove myself, I replied, “Sir, I get your point, and you get mine. Sure, I make mistakes, but there’s a big difference between us. I know your language, but you don’t know mine. I’ll fix my errors, but you’ll stay clueless forever!” From then on, I spent countless hours debating with native speakers. Discussions about topics that interest you give you the incentive and motivation to grow in your knowledge of the language. It’s like learning to dance: you need to listen to the rhythm and learn the moves. I studied their phrases, their sentence structures, and even their language quirks. I tried to get a feel for the language’s groove. After a few more years, I posted again in the chat room. The same guy who mocked me earlier responded, “Hey, man, are you writing a booook this time?” That was my moment of triumph!
