Good stuff Rich ! , when I teach this move to kids I just put them in front of a mirror so that they can see with both “eyes” their back elbow. Meaning they can’t pull their eyes head away so it forces them to feel the stretch in their lats. Also before any of that you have to get kids to understand mind muscle connection. Keep the content coming Rich and f the haters. I’m also a guy that teaches and does it. 39 yrs and still raking. You are an inspiration to be still swinging in your mid 60 got to respect that.

So when they say they are swinging down the big question is when they pull their hands down to where their back leg weight. 50/50,front leg or just pull the hands down and to the ball.Like Gary Sheffield was teaching his son everyone teaches differently and swings different....lol...trial and error different things hitting live pitching.Juan Soto check swang the bat for a Home Run. Just because they say they do one thing doesn't mean they are doing it in the game.
