Getting outta my head has most definitely become something I have been able to do better lately after all the studying I do. I study film on my free time for fun because I enjoy doing it so very much 😊❤

Ok, so I started reading the book "Sanford Meisner on Acting" as you has suggested in another video (probably more recent this this one), I'm only on chapter 7 right now, but I am having a hard time understanding what he is trying to teach. Also, I found that I wish it had some practice exercises at the end of each chapter to help you understand what he was trying to teach.
