I was in Brazil last year. The supermarkets were overflowing with fresh cheap healthy food. The contrast with the US is insane

in many states, you can sue your landlord if your apartment has a severe roach infestation and they don't take action

Arizona , or Phoenix in particular seems like they have laws that don't particularly favor renters based from my experience.

Probably the landlord doesn't have any money either for a lawsuit if his renters live in squalor too

I have a similar problem with people. Sometimes I think I should teach out and make friends, but then when I'm actually around them I think 'this is a waste of time, books are way more interesting.'

Another thing that ppl don’t talk often about is approach-rejection. If you approach someone you’re interested in, ask them questions, form a judgment, then walk away why in the hell would people want to communicate with new people?

rejection is humiliating but from working in retail I would see the men doing the best, how just worked the numbers eventually one is going to say yes to the act not relationship material but enough to save you from spending time with the one-eyed monster

MS, you got me thinking. The average person in our modern society has to navigate through several layers of existential dread every single day. From our abusive jobs which threaten to fire us, to mounting bills which only lead to homelessness and starvation. We also face the looming threats of AGI, nuclear apocalypse, and overall societal decline. All the while, we're supposed to "figure it out". Compare this to our ancestors where all they had to do was find food and shelter. The stress level of any of our ancestors was WAY less, as well as the number of their responsibilities. We got the worst deal of any human born in history.

You must have read my mind, millennial. I am currently on vacation trying to feel at leisure, but in fact it does feel absolutely hollow. Even vacation is dull and mundane.

for your last question, "I can do bad all by myself". some men think a serf woman can be their manic pixie dream girl, like bro I'm a despondent, hopeless sewer rat too 🐀 I need the extra stress of 'disappointing' someone else? eff that noise

Video games, tv shows and movies have gone down in qualty. Even the beer I drink is tasting like shit. I used to do martial arts for leasure before I moved but the montly membership cost me an arm and a leg. I couldnt get very far into it becuse some months I couldn't afford the membership becuase inflation on rent and food has shot up every year and cut into my income to the point I was barley able to afford it. Screens are much cheaper. I have been reducing my screen time but doing healthier things is so expensive. I would love to go on hiking trails and camping but never in my life I could afford a car so I can't get to those places without walking for hours and hours in traffic. Now im getting closer to being able to afford a car....but so much of my youth has been wasted from things being out of reach.

Since the summer I have been tuned into your channel. What I really like about your content is that you focus on the class struggle. Too many leftists have put too much focus on gender and race and neglected class as a talking point. Its interesting because as the left has belted on and on about race and gender over the past decade....the wealth gap has become vastly wider. Inflation is out of control. The cost of basic living is out of control. With all this culture war on race and gender the extremely wealthy are laughing their way to the bank.

I think modern entertainment feels hollow because it's a poor substitute for the spiritual connections that were traumatized out of us through centuries of war, witch burnings and oppression.
