Young men, be cautious about listening to online shows where someone tells you to focus solely on raising your status, going to the gym, and thinking only about yourself. That kind of advice promotes vanity. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go to the gym-taking care of your body is important-but raising your status shouldn’t be your main priority. Being a man is about more than that, and it comes down to three key things: Following and listening to God. Practicing self-control. Marrying, loving your wife, and cherishing the family you build together
