Im actually deep diving into the mushroom stuff now, going to be starting up a business within the next year growing, not sure what scale i want to start at. Any advice on that side of things? Im also thinking long term and considering businesses that tie into mushroom production well, this is the only video of yours ive checked out, could you mention some of your revenue streams, how long it took to develop them, and some pit falls you ran into and had to climb out of?

I really enjoy your videos and insightful approach to the honest challenges of managing a small business. I'm curious, at what point did you decide to hire help? How many mushrooms were you harvesting yourself per week?

From the beginning I would always get help from a friend with making the substrate and inoculation. Once I saw I was able to train the task and replicate it, I decided to officially bring someone on as a 1099 contractor. From that point I went from -$1k in monthly profit to $3-4k. Thanks
