I just passed my NASM CPT today! Application application application! That's all you told us Joe and that's what I did for 6 months to complement my studying: Went to the gym, practiced dynamic assessments, worked out using the entire OPT model, and practiced most of the exercises in the book. I leaned on that so much during my test and it paid off.
