hustle is hustle no matter the country! They might make more money elsewhere but it's also just gonna cost more to live elsewhere. I've found it's the same no matter the country, the only thing that changes are the types of dangers you face. Be careful out there Miss Josey! Love the video's even if I have no idea what they are saying a lot of the time haha, good vibes don't need translation!

@B45 your getting too deep. if you buy a coke in Uganda and then buy one in whatever country your thinking of what I said will be true. when you work a job in Uganda and get paid, do that same job in whatever country your thinking of and the paycheck will be more.

@B45 I agree with you. This man is ignoring huge differences between developed world and undeveloped. Africa has highest infant mortality in the world. Highest rates of malaria and disease. Millions dont have access to clean drinking water or electricity. Millions still die from unsafe water. Millions are still illiterate and can only work hard jobs. There is no welfare to take care of poor or single mothers. Millions of African girls endure FGM, and are sold into marriage as children. No rights or protections for women. Most African countries have tribal conflicts and wars. Millions of Africans live on basic diet of maize and dont have good nutrition. Most africans lifespan around 60 years, compared to 85 in the west. For native tribes lifespan is even less around 45 years, Theres many big differences, too many to mention.

You can make good money in America but the cost of living is very high so it evens out. I rent a three bedroom, two bathroom and my rent is $2,600 a month. My rent is going to increase another $400.00 a month yet my pay has stayed the same. This gives you an idea of the cost of living here in the states. God bless

In Canada it depends on the province. In Alberta you can make money without a skill working in oilfields. Plus, they won't tax you to death. If you are highly skilled, Ontario and British Columbia are the provinces for you, but housing and taxes are prohibitive.

I think that those young men selling cloths don't realize the power they have, being that they are active players in the Ugandan economy. I also think what might help the economy is if the country of Uganda can attract more torrist to the counrty, which in turn will bring in more dollars into the Country and stimulate the economy. I think the people of all the African Countries should do their own research, and study why the African American community in America is not as wealthy as other communities in America. After that I think people like the young men Josey interviewed will realize that what they have is special, and that there are other people around the world who desire to take their position in the Ugandan market place and economy.

The US is too racist towards black Americans, so stay in Africa. You will have to work 3 times as hard. I understand wanting to come to a developed country, but it's not worth it. That is why so many people would rather struggle moving to africa than living in a country that discriminates, work you to death for low pay. Stay home, and do everything to build your country. If you do move, move with the spirit of building your nation.

If you have a strong university degree like, in finance, medical or technology you'll make a good sustainable income. If you have a great entrepreneurial zeal and can get the capital to get started and grow. The sky is the limit. But very few Africans make it there.....and i mean in the $10s of millions in income which is on the low side of American and Canadian dollar earnings...

My friend in Uganda says jobs only pay very little there...like 100$ a month. Many people in Uganda can only afford one meal a day. The only way to make better pay is to have a master's degree and work in professional job. Most people can't afford a car. Health care is too expensive. Most people outside the city Kampala are relying on the family garden for food. Many people really have almost nothing.
