Why my earbuds are always with drop outs

In the V3.0.1 software update of the QCY HT05 Melobuds ANC headset, the transparency mode lost its old performance. In the past, it gave a very good feeling of hearing in the highest feet (5-6). Now it's down to normal hearing. We are not satisfied with this situation. We want the high-precision hearing sensation as before. ANC is better than the previous version (V2.0.9) but the wind blocking mode does not appear for other languages. The interference in game mode continues. This interference was still present in V2.0.9 version. The settings in the v2.0.2 version were very nice. Both ANC and transparency and game mode were very smooth. Please restore those settings.
