I just prefer the ones with straws. I usually won't drink what's in it otherwise

I briefly had a reusable straw/cup thing but it broke. You know what they say; different straws for different paws

I’m not a plastic fan but I used to be. Also I agree on the narrow spout, but also no straws, yuck! I usually get metal water bottles but I’ll get it from a bargain store or a thrift store and just super clean it. I have one I like quite a bit rn, insulated metal, I think it was maybe $10.

But also I totally agree with you, consumer culture is bs. Just drink your damn water and cut it with the limited edition sticks water bottles. These new water bottles are like crocs smh

I briefly used a insulated bottle from the aisle of shame at Aldi. I saw the benefits until the rubber gasket started to give and leak. So a return to Nalgene it was. Fate even.

2:50 So, polyethylene is pronounced like 'po-lee-eh-thuh-leen'/'poly-ethylene' (you have to break it up) as in, polymerized ethylene since it has a double bond between it's two carbon atoms and can break the double bond to connect to other molecules of it's kind. (*casually using my ongoing degree here >_>"""*) It's really considered among the most important polymers that was synthesized, really. Alongside Teflon (poly.tetra.fluoro.ethylene) . I don't remember which came first but they started a wholeeee revolution of their own. Plastic and plastic bottles are just one of the examples :D!

Thanks! My friends were making fun of me for pronouncing it the way I did so I know now lol
