75% means 25% of times you use the skill will not crit. That's normal. And of course people who send videos will only send the ones where they crit... that's pretty common sense my guy.

Navia is the 2nd character from Fontaine I had planned on skipping and then after using them in their trial I completely changed my mind and pulled them. First was Neuvilette. I swear Fontaine as a whole is just built different.

Neuvillette gameplay is boring af, just biden blast until everything is dead. With Navia she can be played quick swap or extend her field time with a 3rd skill + infused normals, and she doesn't lose the ability to dodge, much more fun and flexible imo

Cloud retainer looks neat for exploration, I went for Navia and she hits like a truck. I think her signature weapon is the most beautiful design in game, overall she’s at 60 crit rate and 230 crit damage - the one thing I’ll say is she CAN feel scuffed if her crit rate isn’t up there lol

i think people just become too inflexible when it comes to valuating a "dps" characters. You either a hyper carry like xiao or a off field like xingqiu and thats it. So if the character cant extreemly extend their field time or cant extreemly off field, the character automatically evaluated as a bad dps.

I've been playing her a lot with Furina - Ningguang - Kokomi. Kokomi on tenacity and TTDS with Ning on maiden and prototype amber (full party healer geo unit, yay). I don't burst on Kokomi in this team, she is just there for jellyfish hydro, big attack buffs, and that additional healing keeping my Navia from dying if my crystalize shields drop off for too long. Both very hard to kill and does a ton of damage. Only limiting factor is that jellyfish is stationary, like Bennet. But I can sacrifice a little comfort and go with Mona for more mobility and a heavier front-load nuke if needed. The Ning healing is still just enough to keep the team viable if I don't get slapped around too much.

Based Sinnoh music in the background TGS ✨ Navia was the Fontaine character that I was the most excited about since the character leakflood and I hoped she would be geo. I was saving for her and her weapon but all the beta fiasco and people pushing that she had to be chained to Bennett and Xiangling made me go for Furina C6 instead with all my savings and would pick her up in her rerun after knowing what Chiori will do. But with some luck I managed to win her 50/50 and Navia is home as originally planned 🙏 She's definitely very fun and playing her ourselves is much better than seeing the tragic leaker gameplay. She definitely took a surprise with how flexible she is in teams which is something that I've been desiring for another geo damade dealer (as someone that mains Albedo and slots him anywhere outside of monogeo). I'm very happy that they can be paired together and have flexible rotations not gated to their bursts, and now with Furina supporting them that well, Bennett is the least of my concerns haha Looking forward to how she'll develop upon the future, hopefully in her rerun I can grab Verdict, the drip is just too good for her.

Im so happy that i choose her instead of Ayaka/Raiden as a New Player who just 2 month play this game. 2-set Berserker and 2-set Gladiator with CR circlet and try to find a lot of CR substats is kinda enough for early game. Even without Crit her shotgun still casually deals 3 - 10 times dmg then Kaeya's shotgun (and you don't need fakin energy to blast ur opponents) Its like a Heaven and Earth, also her NA combo is one of the best in this game according to GI Wikii in NA scalling section. But she is squishy, if u want go ungobunga u need shielder with her. For killing Coppelius in AR 45, u just need 1 rotation with cryo resonance team + Geo Traveler with just the real F2P kit (Gladiator set + Berserker set + full passive from R5 - Lvl 80 Ultimate Overload Smity Wabenjagermanjansen Sword + Food)

I like her a lot in Noelle Navia Furina Fischl. I ignore her burst and focus on her E only, she works as a battery and sub dps, an Albedo upgrade. The team has no circle impact issues or backloaded damage, no significant cooldowns. It's very straight forward and practical. Works for AOEA and single target and is almost unkillable

I didn’t think anything could top Furina and Neuvillette’s kits, but she may be the most fun character for me to play. It’s funny how 2 weeks before her release, I got Wolf’s Gravestone on the standard banner and I thought, “WTF am I gonna do with this, I don’t even play Diluc?” Then I slap it on her, and I’m in heaven! Her, Bennett, Xiangling and Zhongli is a top2 or 3 team for me right now.

For a long while, I was always getting 6 to 8 stars in floor 11 of Spiral abyss. Ik I have skill issues, but I rarely play Genshin, and I play 1 or 2 patches, get done with the new archon quest and take a long break until a new archon quest comes up. So my account is not well built either. But with Navia, I could do 9 stars in floor 11 and I clear floor 12, albeit with 6 stars. I think she can carry me long way into future patches

In multiple target wise, glad that you can basicaly add one anemo either Venti or Kazuha to keep them in one place. I tested her in the recent event with Venti, Albedo and Rosaria she hit like a truck on multiple enemies. She pretty much my go to plan in the future with sacrificial greatsword when her rerun appear for maximun nuke and less energy problem to swap Albedo with other unit that benefit her elemental skill.

I really think that Navia is a start of a new or improved Geo gameplay. With Ningguang as the first Geo ATK scaler and now Navia. Add to it that Navia's teams rewards multiple elemental setups which really goes well if you decide to forego the double geo and double pyro setup. The thing is that Navia can only get better from this point on because of potential supports that will arrive. I also think that Navia can be a start of how hoyo will improve the claymore gameplay to keep up with DPS checks.

She is definitely the first of many future Geo units to push the crystallize agenda. Like it has been shown before, characters make the element and them releasing characters that work around their element will only keep pushing Geo in a good spot META wise. if the nukes are smaller and divided then she's one step away from being a sustain DPS at low investment those two 200-250K nukes won't feel much different from the likes of itto or xiao or wanderer enemies usually have 600-900K HP so if you don't invest enough into her with a 5 star weapon and a really good set then she won't feel much different than other hyper carries imo she has greater potential the more you invest into her cuz she is a speedrunner's dream character i think if you get C2R1 she could really reduce clear time in abyss for your other team but below that she's just average

Noelle is sustain dps and she trade it up for being the tankiest character in the game as well as having screen wide AoE. But that also mean if you pass a certain damage thresh whole to front load one shot the floor as well as not having to care about survivability, Navia or any front load damage dealer is faster. Furina stacking buff also make Noelle become stronger at the later part of her rotation.

I think Noelle can be better if you're playing Navia with Furina and Yelan + Kazuha if you get the sig weapons on Yelan and Furina due to how massive of a dps boost those are in that team with their lower er needs. Navia shines more when paired with Bennet, Xiangling, and Navia to take advantage of buffs while other teammates are as well rather than providing healing for Furina buff to help buff your off-field damage dealers. I'd say Navia is better overall but don't think her best teams are better than traditional international and also uses Bennet and Xiangling.

Noelle does sustainable damage which means as time goes further on, Noelle does more especially with Navia having more opportunities to miss a crit on her valuable nuking skill. Navia is a more offensive option and quite as tanky except doesn't negate damage. Both excel in different scenarios, but why bother comparing when they can be played together? Thing is, Noelle has to be stacked with DEF to even consider dedicating the field time given to her for Navia, or you could probably unleash Navia at the tail end of Furina's burst and the beginning of her burst, as to not interrupt Noelle's purpose of continually healing.

In a noelle doble hydro (furina + yelan), noelle teams will do more dmg than navia teams. For monogeo or monogeo + furina noelle teams, navia teams do more dmg (they are not that far in team dmg)

Another problem I found out about Navia is her critting. If you miss a few crits on units like Neuvillette or Xiao, it's fine, cause you do multiple hits either way, and your teamated can make up for those few missed crits. With Navia, if you miss crits on your E skill, oof, gl, cause her damage becomes really low

I found that at C0, if you have 70+ CR, you will crit consistently. Give her a CR circlet. She seems to be high investment in terms of artifacts stats if you want her to be her best. Use your best two piece artifact pieces like ATK% and elemental skill DMG with good CR substats and see if that helps

This. This happens. My 2pc Glad 2pc Archaic Navia has 70 crit. Somehow misses half of them like she has 50 crit instead. In that way, I think Geo Traveler is an amazing teammate for her. The traveler would also run 2pc atk 2pc geo, and enough energy to have Burst ready on full uptime. C1 Geo traveler is like Traveler's best constellation among all traveler element constellations. And Rotation 2 and onwards, Geo Traveler also benefits from their own crit since with C6, their burst lasts 5 seconds longer than expiration and cooldown. Hopefully, Chiori comes out and we can instead opt for a double cryo team, using cryo resonance for more crits through a crystallization on Navia nuke skill. Was thinking Layla would be a very nice teammate once Bennett can be replaced with the likes of Chiori. WGS and the Unforged hint towards Navia being an attack scaling character that no longer hinges on Bennett, considering her insane atk anyways and preference for dmg bonus and other utility considering the amount of atk stacking claymores she has access to.

You keep forgetting about Noelle. Noelle utilizes auto-attacks, which enables Yelan/Xingqiu. She complements Navia's single-target nukes by providing AoE damage. Her team-healing enables Furina. She doesn't lose her burst after quickswapping, allowing you to use Navia's skill whenever you want - which also acts as a battery for Noelle, reducing her ER requirements. I've found Navia/Noelle/Furina/Yelan to be a remarkably effective team. I know it's heavy on 5-stars, but I don't understand why hardly any theorycrafters are even mentioning it.

@@AKDE83 It's a F2P consideration. Some players might not have the primos to get all those 5-stars, especially not Furina/Navia since there was only one banner inbetween them. Noelle has been available from launch, is guaranteed on the Beginner banner, and is available in the Shop. She's a relatively easy 4-star to C6, and if you've been playing for a while it's likely you've gotten a few of her cons along the way just from general wishes.

And I stand by my original point - Noelle is a viable option for a Navia team and I don't see many people talking about that. By the way, I didn't originally mention C6 at all. While Noelle is certainly best at C6, she can still function as an on-field driver at C1 for a Furina team, though it's quite possible you have better options at that point, depending on your account. And since you brought it up, Sucrose and Xingqiu are also excellent characters even at low constellations, so I'm sorry if people keep telling you otherwise, or if you feel pressured to pull for constellations. Just be creative with what you have; there are tons of good teams in this game, even if they're not "optimal".

i'll try noelle her burst looks really fun and i love geo, but for xingqiu and sucrose, maybe you got their C6 long time ago and like many you overestimate their C0 but trust me, they are ass, and nobody told me that, abyss performance did, it's when i pulled navia and thus got the opportunity to use my C4 bennet/xiangling that i finally 36 stars the abyss after 3 months, sorry if i'm obstinate but for me the only "1.0 broken 4 star OMG" that's actually good at low cons is bennet @@feenyx9130

She was exactly what I expected her to be so Im just indifferent now that everyone has tested her. She would probably be fun if I get her but Im more interested in Cloud Retainer, aesthetically and for exploration.

So I pulled her. And with C2 Furina with freedom sworn, Bennett and Zhongli the team was pretty easy and straightforward to play. But I wasn’t really impressed with the damage for the supports that Navia was given. With those same three supports and just dropping in Lyney, Wanderer and Hu Tao two ( Tao and Lyney) of them cleared Simon, dendro birb and Cope faster than the Navia team. Wander obviously struggled against Cope. Interestingly enough My Yoimiya could do it faster on the first two bosses but she needed the stand on the side tech for Simon and good movement rng for the chicken. Cope was not good for her for some reason.

Yeah, I think Navia is indeed the best geo dps but overall she's more high mid tier dps wise. Other hypers use supports better and more flexible dps like Alhiatham, Neuv, and Hu tao also exist. I think she has more room for improvement if we get another quickswap geo dps since we currently lack any quickswap dps that work well with her lower field time but it will probably be awhile before that happens.

And that was against the side she's strong against. If you'd taken her to the other side, she'd have done even worse. That said, I'm hoping that Chiori will help in this regard. What I think holds Navia back most right now is the 2nd geo on the team. If we had a geo healer (that also had some offensive benefit), Zhongli and Benny could be booted, which would open up space for the likes of Yelan or Fischl, which I think would be overall superior to Benny.

I agree with everything you said. I think she also has potential to shine with future dual carry setups with other geo characters. Maybe Chiori? Or even as a sub DPS Nuker. Really flexible, and her ult at the start of the rotation is the only thing you need as a solo Geo in her team to shine. If you can recharge her with two or three Es that’s really good!

It all rather depends on your box tbh, if you already have 2 teams somewhat built, you have zhongli + raidon + nahida, shes whatever for you. If you have nothing, she a very good choice, cheap to build, looks amd plays insane, theres no reason not to have her.

Personally I regret pulling her. I like her as a character but I don't like her play style. Especially since her skill often misses (I know it's skill issues), which hurts her performance really really badly. I really wanted to love her :(

I don't have Zhongli nor Albedo, and I don't really plan on pulling for them. Could I still play Navia effectively? My Ning and Gorou are both only C1 [thank you TGS for the informative video as always!!]

You really don't need them. Navia doesn't need the typical geo team set up. She really benefits from having other elements in the team rather than going for the 3 geo setup with Gorou. You just want good elemental applicators to set up crystallize

I'm going to say Yes. Navia introduces a synergistic, and flexible, kit that is great to use with all elements because her ammunition is obtained from the generated crystallize shards. Having a combo of an additional geo, and some sort of non-anemo/dendro hero that can apply elemental reactions, will allow you to easily create shards to provide more ammo for her to hit massive damage numbers. She's also very f2p friendly since you've got access to the event claymore, or even certain crafted weapons can work since her multipliers are so high. Navia is not a straight Geo character that needs to be in a geo team, she's a universal shotgun with absurd front loaded damage that only needs 1 additional geo to help generate shards and provide energy for her burst. If you have any type of off-field non-anemo/dendro sub DPS, then they can do well in a Navia team.

If you have Furina, then Navia, Furina, (xingqiu or Yelan), Noelle works great. You get both hydro and geo resonance, enough healing for Furina burst, and every character in the team adds some significant dps.

I use navia with fischel, furina and Bennet. Yes maintaing health is a pain but that's only true for furina and just leave her at 50 sometimes. But my navia at lv 5 talent and 175 crit damage hits 90-100 k E crit depending on the fanfare. Fischel is on golden troupe and fav helps the whole team with particle gen also fits in nicely even with the 10 sec oz uptime. Furina is on pipe 1/8/8, golden troupe, enables me to use MH set while on fielding navia. Bennett on sapwood blade 1/1/8, 4 pc maidens. Upgrading talents should give me more Healing. Increasing damage even further

Yes. There's some splintered damage ofc compared to say fully unloading on one foe. But you'll still hit some chunky damage with having her built up.

I mean that's what Albedo is, and we've seen how well that went. Granted yeah they could have made his skill and burst scale with the same stat, that would have been nice. Him not procking a useful reaction hurts his usefulness anyway.

@@twigz3214 Albedo's biggest problem is just that his flower is made of paper mache and instantly dies to anything that looks at it (and his burst is terrible). A Geo Yelan would make coordinated attacks without being stuck to a turret's range.

@@twigz3214 This is such a nothingburger statement, they were literally asking for Albedo and the "not useful reaction" is what Navia needed to proc Crystallize for her own ammo. Depending on the team, you can actually use his burst to make those Crystallized shields tankier and for the other two party members to benefit from. People who complain about his flower hitbox have huge skill issue because there's only one boss that completely destroys all Geo constructs while you can outsmart the other one with timing.

Her only problem for me is synergy. None of the current geos work ideally for her currently, I don't know... But she's definitely great, love her.
