Why No Rental Properties Poneloya & Las Penitas 🇳🇮

Thanks for this deep insight of the way rentals and land leases/purchases work in Nica. We ACTUALLY own a house there and have been renting A/C Rooms for long-term or just a night in our property, called "Casa Poneloya" - we are situated at the end of the boulevard, close to the lagune and public beach / restaurant area. Our house is for Sale as we closed it down. If anyone wants to rent it for long term - we still offer it for US$450.00 per month (including a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in 3 rooms and much more) - or revive this as a business again ; it's listed for US$149,000. THANKS for promoting this beautify Country and it's hidden beauty and friendly people!!!
