SOrry, been a while, but I can show that. I'm at Desperado's regularly which is the restaurant directly across the street. So for most people staying there NOW that Desperado's is open, the easiest way to see the beach is to literally go straight through. BTW, since I filmed this, I found an OLD (maybe 2017?) episode of House Hunters International in Las Peñitas and the outside of this house is shown on it (filmed literally from Desperado's.)

That's a very similar set up to some beach houses you see on air BNBs...maximum beds for maximum amount of guests. I think it's worth it for a big family gathering. So much kitchen space and still no dishwasher😢, lol. I get keeping the house when it's just sitting there. I have a weird emotional attachment to my own house 🤷‍♀️.

I mean it's a party house That's its purpose. It's not like i have contact with the property though. I just film when i'm given a tour.

Do the 99 year leases reset every time a title changes hands or are there homes with 7 year's left, 83 years left, 6 months left on a lease? I think some of the western mentality is inheritance and passing things down (and/or sell as you said).

Yes, and it resets even with a move between family members. There's literally nothing to worry about with it. No one can live long enough for it to become a problem. And if you just happen to get it when you are 2 years old, and live to 110, there are ways to reset it before you die.
