Why Not Build Tiny Homes To Solve The Affordable Housing Crisis?

Can’t believe I’m the first to comment! Just wanted to say that I love your insight and knowledge here. Preach!! The story about your Armenian heritage coming here and finding a way to make it work financially AND help others is incredible! Do you think something like that would be possible now? I feel like it’d have to be modernized and couldn’t just be tents, it would probably need to be tiny homes. My dad and mom live in Arizona and he was selling tiny homes for 55+ communities. He said he had MANY Utahans coming to him to buy, expecting to be able to transport it to Utah, not realizing Utah doesn’t allow the zoning and codes for tiny homes. Do you know what it would take to make this happen here? Could a broke individual do something to help?

I’m hoping a developer sees this video and decides to jump in and do this! I would be the first to sell my house and get a tiny home.
