Indian Parents aise hai ki Complan, Bournvita, etc. to pila denge jisme sugar hi sugar hai lekin Whey Protein ko zeher kahenge.

I try to explain this to my parents, that the Indian diet is poor in it's protein content. They think I am crazy, and respond with, "our ancestors had the same diet and they are as fit as one could be". I started weight training when I realised the deficiency of protein in our diets, but my parents keep telling me I will fall sick in the future if I eat more protein. I can’t-

Main reason for protein deficiency is years of abuse of Indians and keeping us poor, we have to opt for rice and wheat which is full of carbohydrates and way too less protein. If we were predominantly non-vegetarians then this issue would have never occurred.

Eat eggs, fish, offal meats, pulses, lentils, and nuts to fulfill the total daily requirement of protein and amino acids

I believe that we are short along with smaller muscles because of lack of protein intake, not because we have bad genetics as compared to other races.

Coz many protein items are costly and cost varies from place to place. Government gives free ration rice on the other hand all protein products costs are high.

As per the trend... protein intake increases with increase in income.....and awareness.... Mixed daal....soya... legumes...dairy products are sufficient ti achieve the goal.... awareness is important...

We eat Aloo ki Sabzi and Roti, Ie. Carbs with Carbs 🤓🙏🏻 Ofcourse it's the diet.

Best diet for healthy body in India- morning me chai bread, dopahar me aloo ki sabji roti ,Raat me daal chawal .aor agar offord kr sakte hain to time time pe momos ,chaumin samosa tikki and pizza burger b le sakte hain😜

Kyuki aaj k dino mai Indians bhul gaye hai ki hamare purvaj khana kaise khate tha they add different types of food in one time they give them all amino acids and they ate millets. Like jwaar, bajra, ragi etc but nowadays we eat only wheat.

It is quite interesting but at the same time very serious also. You have defined very nicely about the importance, requirement and threatening affects because of deficiency of protein. People must review their eating habits and change it in view of this video.
