@Bush Doctor I grew up hearing thay Greenville was the perfect size. Then the population exploded and ruined it. It's happened quickly and I'm only in my late 20s.

The county does not end in downtown, but another 25-30 miles south.

You know BMW has a plant here? Start there. They or their sister companies are always looking for degreed people.

I already thought about applying there, ghe only reason im hesitant is because its a big company with a lot of hierarchy structures, rules and strange management decisions. I would love a medium sized company where i have some free room for own decisions and time management :)

Love Greenville, but there are not enough duplexes and/or multi-family houses for average Joe's like me to buy. Same thing in a lot of southern states. Much easier for an average Joe to get started owning rental property in the north in places like Milwaukee, Chicago etc. There are more than double the amount of duplexes available in The CITY of Milwaukee, than there is in the entire STATE of South Carolina.
