Why pick Tauren in Classic?

I still remember the day I was a new player and I arived at the Tauren zone with my Troll Shaman, I was like "Yeah, this is my faction, this will be my main", after also playing a Dwarf Warrior on another realm. Mulgore and Loch Modan were the zones that made me fell in love with this game.

Yeah similar to my story, I started as a night elf then played a Tauren druid and horde became my home. But I still think the night elves are awesome.

@@Grizzlybarron_GamingI’ve been night elf since vanilla but considering trying tauren for Fresh in two days. I love the night elves, but am ambivalent to rest of the Alliance (why anyone would play a gnome is beyond me).

I'm doing either of this, depending on who is the SMALLER/WEAKER populated faction on the server: Alliance: NE Druid, NE Rogue, and Gnome Warlock Horde: Tauren Druid, Troll Rogue, and Orc Warlock. Hoping to roll Horde.

Isn't it going to just be one PVP and one PvE server? At least at the start I think it is but they'll add more they always do lol

@@Grizzlybarron_Gaming Correct, one PVP and one PVE sever. I'll be on the PVP server, but balancing may be visible on launch day, which will force players to select the least populated faction. Got my race/class combos and names in mind for both.

Unfortunately Tauren are Horde so when TBC comes around the PvE server Horde side will completely die off. This time I am going Alliance despite Tauren being my favorite race in the game.
