My favorite not to be taken too seriously theory was always just because she's pink. The idea being there aren't actually very many pink ponies, so it's a rare trait that brings with it a degree of importance or power. Kind of similar to the Will of D from One Piece if your familiar with that.

I honestly like the eyes even if they are a bit off, but if you want a small suggestion on how to fix them I'd say that you should rotate them a bit, the main eye's rotation should be clockwise , whil the other one anticlockwise, and after rotating. Anyways I think it still looks nice. The Jumpscare at the end tho D': now I won't sleep for a week. Happy to see, you're back tho :)

hey quick question i was watching your iceberg video and now this, and i've caught onto your use of this one mouse image? is it some sort of inside joke to use that mouse in your videos?

I’m tempted to say “what mouse” Because that would be funny, but the real story is while I was editing the iceberg I got a few images of mice for the “Real Horses” segment. When I was going back over the early parts of the video I noticed an ad in a screenshot I took doxing where I live so I had to blur it. I had my image folder opened right there so I just pasted the mouse over the ad, it made me laugh so I just kept using the mouse everywhere I could. Since the iceberg I’ve snuck the mouse into almost every video. She’s my mascot now ig lol. If I ever do get pet rats (I really want pet rats) I’ll replace the image with an image of one of my rats 🐀

To answer your question about the face, the eye corners on the left(pony’s left I think?) one are positioned a bit off! I think a bit of rotation and mesh transforming would fix it! I’d recommend layering over a photo of a pony that has a similar eye shape you were going for, and mesh transforming and rotating it till it looks more proportionate to the reference pony. You may need to trace over the transformed eye because it will most likely look fuzzy. The rest of your pony looks fantastic, though, I love the mane and wings!

the eye that's further away from the viewer is larger/longer, which it the opposite of what typically happens when rotating something away from the 'camera'; this can be fixed by either scaling the closer eye up or the further one down

And Research, practice, research, practice, cry a lil, practice, practice ect I’ve been voice training since April 2022 so almost two years, you just have to try and use a feminine voice literally every time you speak. I’m glad you like it, it really means a lot, I’m still not satisfied with it, especially since I can’t sing, but it’s good enough to pass irl so I guess that’s all I can ask for.

I think the reason the face looks a bit off is that the bottom corner comes down lower and is more pointed than the show model's but as someone who's also not an artist and is trying to draw ponies: respect, art is hard.

Not an artist, but I believe the weirdness with the eye is due to the fact that the way it's drawn, it looks like it's sideways. I would recommend rounding the eye out at the bottom like you did with the other eye and/or widening it a little. Other than that, the design looks fantastic!

At least it's a theory that isn't nearly as convoluted as the Butterfly Effect theory. I hate that theory in particular. This one... While explaining Pinkie's powers is admittedly not very satisfying (and yet I watched this anyway), this is a bit less farfetched and works a bit more on the MLP universe's logic. Although, I would like to point out that, to add to the inconsistency, while the various Eldritch magical entities split into their standard animal components, the ponies also didn't lose their cutie marks with the loss of magic. Nor did their personalities deflate as a result. And by contrast, when Pinkie wasn't making us laugh, she still had some powers over reality, notably in how she made flowers rot in her depressed state in Yakkity Sax.

The Butterfly effect theory? Is that a MLP theory or just the butterfly effect? Yeah the lack of cutie marks in Season 4 don’t seem to affect their personalities, but we don’t see much of the drained ponies anyway, plus again magic started working differently around seasons 5-6 However the flowers dying as a result of pinkie’s sadness is an example of emotional magic, affecting the immediate world around Pinkie. In MLP strong emotions have lots of magical power behind them, and can leak into their surroundings.

The theory that Pinkie's reality-breaking powers stems from a butterfly effect caused either by Grogar's bell during The Ending of the End, or by Pinkie entering Discord's dimension in Apinkalypse Now. Either way, it claims that these surges of chaos magic were imbued into Pinkie, as not only do they enhance her laughter magic to an utmost extreme, but the theory goes that these events would affect Pinkie's whole timeline. Making it so that she had these powers to begin with, but only because of these events in her adulthood.

i think the problem with the eyes is the pointy part is going straight down i think if you rotated it where it points more towards the nose it would look better also one of the eyes looks bigger then the other i think it's cause it's kinda squished into the snout line in the original mlp artstyle the eye on that side is usually more of an oval shape like this 0 hope this helps ☺

if this helps anything with your character stills, i would move the corner of the eyes a little bit higher up (as in angling it to be further left), that way it’s closer to the corner of the eye as opposed to being at the bottom of the eye, akin to the shape of a raindrop, instead. hope this helps! good video!

Hi, mediocre artist here The eyes look wonky on your piece because of how wide the farther of the two eyes are, not matching the other and making it look kinda bug-eyed. Id bet if you just squish is a bit it'd be alright, the sprite looks really great otherwise! I really like the other facial proportions and the wings. Anyway, very interesting theory! I love the idea of it being cutie mark related specifically, I will absolutely take any ideas for cutiemark lore happily because I find cutiemarks fascinating.

I am very disappointed that STILL no one mentioned the connection of her physic breaking and self body transforming abilities to her cutie mark which is *BALLOONS*! She can control her falling speed because she is a baloon, she can have a elastic and reshapeble body because she is a baloon, she can be dump/crazy as Derpy and transparent that allows her to believe things no one easily would believe(as mirror pool, Nightmare moon, zombies, cannibal Zecora, Pinkie sense, 4. the main look for my little pony eyes are ovals and when they express emotion with there eyes like happiness or anger the eyes normal turn into a half oval so I hope this helps with the confusion on my little pony eyes 0:19

Your pupils are too huge and what is supposed to be the smile line on your eye is slanted too much. It should be angled less, think of Bendy from Bendy and ink machine, and his smile lines under his eyes how they curve they have to be more like that. It could be slanted but yours is too slanted Also, if you don’t know what I mean by smile lines, it’s basically the cheeks pushing up against the bottom of the eyes when you smile making them curve. As For the pupils the black part it’s almost touching both sides of the eyes when somebody draws a pupil. The black part is supposed to touch the top of the eyelid or just one side of the eye at a tine. Just look at a picture of the MLP characters and their eyes, and then look at your characters eyes side-by-side hopefully then you’ll be able to see what I’m trying to say. Besides that just make em a bit smaller. I hope this helps. But if you like your character, you don’t have to change it just because somebody else says so. In fact, I like your first design, more than the one in this video but my opinion does not matter because it’s your character.
