As much as i love Plasma Pea, I agree with all of these. It's really weird that he can charge his attacks without any ammo degrade unlike the other charge classes. I always thought that people hated Plasma pea because his charge damage was high and his regular attack was fast and still do a good damage, but after looking at this, now i understand why everyone hates him. He's unfair

I've legitimately loved Plasma Pea so much since I unlocked it both because of the way it looks and the explosion effect of the max charge's splash, and I thought it looked awesome, and i always just saw the lack of ammo degrade in it's charge shots as a neat little bonus to it (Keep in mind I was still a kid when I unlocked it.).

I think plasma having no charge and speed penalty compared to the other charge characters is actually a really cool take on diversifying the charge characters. However I feel like it shoudnt have all of the buffs it has. As the speedy healer, sunflower shoud have no speed penalty, as the sniper, future cactus should be able to jump, and plasma pea should not have an ammo penalty. This fits their support, sniper, and assault roles perfectly.

I agree that this is stupendous, but I think the way it should be approached if they ever do balance patches again, would be to make it so that Plasma’s movement speed is slowed and has a ammo penalty that comes with charging. What would be nice is if they kept the jumping, and allowed other charge characters to do it as well. But honestly they can take this away too if they want, since most charge characters are already good without even jumping. Very fun character design, but just not fair, especially when other characters have to suffer. I hope my boys Moto-X and AC Perry one day receive the love they deserve.

I don't think those nerfs would be enough. Just revert him to his GW1 state while giving him the ammo penalties. That would make him much more fair and balanced. Also just a few stuff you got wrong. Plasma's 1st charge (Not single shots) does 15 splash, his final charge splash does an initial 15 damage which you failed to mention. Putting that together would make his charge splash damage deal 45 max. And lastly, he does actually have falloff, but only to his charge shots.

the "no jumping while charging" probably wouldn't work since charging while using hyper is built into his class, I'd say keep jumping as a bonus for him but give him a drawback to charging like "his charge shot is more volatile" than normal causing him to take more damage than usual
